My experience as an inductee has been truly transformative. I am extremely pleased with my membership in the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). The skills, tools, and techniques I have learned through the program continue to benefit me both personally and professionally.

I plan to remain an active member of NSLS, attend leadership conferences, and help others discover and develop their own potential. While there are many valuable aspects of the program that I could highlight, one in particular has been life-changing: the development and consistent use of SMART goals.

Implementing SMART goals has strengthened my confidence, accountability, and commitment to personal growth. By setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals, I can effectively track my progress, identify areas for improvement, and stay focused on achieving meaningful outcomes. This process has reinforced my belief that with dedication, perseverance, and intentional effort, I am capable of accomplishing anything I set my mind to.

In addition, NSLS has introduced me to several practices that I incorporate into my daily life, including meditation, mindfulness, and the encouragement found through Motivational Mondays. I have also been inspired by the exceptional guest speakers who generously shared their personal journeys, challenges, and successes. Their stories have provided valuable insights and motivation as I continue my own leadership journey.

I am proud to be a member of NSLS and grateful for the positive impact it has had on my life. Thank you for providing such a meaningful and empowering experience.

Easy and amazing

My experience with the National Society of Leadership and Success has been positive and rewarding. The program helped strengthen my communication, leadership, accountability, and time-management skills. I especially appreciated the goal-setting process and the support provided through the Success Networking Team meetings. The experience encouraged me to become more confident, take initiative, and remain consistent with my personal, academic, and professional goals. I would recommend NSLS to students who want to grow as leaders and become more intentional about their future.

I believe that since joining the NSLS I have had the opportunity to listen to great leaders from across all sectors of society, and I have also had the opportunity to connect with others emerging leaders

This Company was very difficult to work with, I wish I had never ordered anything for my daughter who is graduating this December 2026. Samantha Montas came up with more problems after I had solved initial problem with changing the inscription on the medallion I ordered. So now I will pay more money to fix the inscription that could have been avoided with my initial complaint.

My experience with NSLS has been positive. I’ve appreciated the focus on leadership and personal growth, and I found the resources helpful as I worked toward my goals.

I enjoyed how you can do most of the procedures on your own time since school is already busy.

Every step of the process was insightful easy to understand, and the meetings helped me better focus my goal. The broadcast helped put more of what I know into a better perspective.
