Wholly recommend this company if you need to - as many do now - get a Fire Risk Assessment done - and with fast turnaround.

Last minute - just before exchange - our buyers asked for an FRA even though we don't technically need to by law provide one; this is happening all over the UK presently and many companies who do these are taking forever in turning them around.

Annabel was super efficient, immediately organised it for us, answered all my dumb questions, and then booked this in for us and the super friendly, amenable Kirk arrived to do the FRA; you get a half hour pre -warning text which is very helpful when we're all so busy.

Report was turned around in a day and the whole process from start to finish - painless.

How hard is it to get average - let alone - great service in the post pandemic UK? Breath of fresh air dealing with NSUK, will be recommending them far and wide, and will definitely use again.

A surveyor gave us a terrible shock saying we might have asbestos. I phoned NSUK they sent a very knowledgeable tester as quickly as they could.
The negative test result came back very quickly. Emails were answered promptly.

I received a swift response from Louise to my initial enquiry. From then on in, everything was done as they said it would be. Ryan called when he was on his way and was very polite and helpful with the queries I had. I then got the report within 48 hours. Couldn't have been better! Thanks to Annabel also, who really helped when I needed a minor amendment done to our address on the survey.

Quick turn around and the guy that came around was great. The quote they give you is sans VAT and it's not exactly cheap so that can be a bit of a surprise. First time I've seen that in a long time in the UK
