Nsure dot com/Total Bait & Switch! Spent an over an hour with an agent finetuning a HO's quote. We were at a price of $3100. Told him I was fine with that. Impressed upon him that this needed to be "Bound" today as my current policy expires at midnight. He said "no problem". Gave him my credit card info for payment & my Mortgage Co info for "additional Insured". He said I would receive a recap of the policy coverage via email that evening. Never arrived in my in-box. I then looked to see if my credit card showed a pending charge from them, Nope! Continued to monitor my emails & credit card throughout the day. Still nothing as of 4pm. So I called in to see why this hasn't processed. Waited 10 mins for an agent to pick up, I explained my concerns that I don't see that the policy has been Bound. Put me on Hold twice for 15 mins. each time. When he came back, he explained there was a problem in their "processing dept" and that they had attempted to reach me by phone today. I told him that was a lie! I had no missed calls from them nor any voicemail messages. Long & short, he's telling me that there was a problem with the 1st quote as my Wind Mit report did not line up with one of the discounts included in the quote. Hence the new quote is $3,654 ($554 more). I told him to go ahead and Bind the policy at that rate, as i needed this in place Yesterday! I went on to explain that once I have a printout on the actual coverage & discounts applied, I will review for any errors and we can address that later. But right now, I need to get this Bound. It's now 4:50pm on a Friday. He assured me it would all process this evening and we were good to go. It's Saturday morning and no printout of the policy coverage, no confirmations in my email and no pending payment posted to my credit card. At 10am on Saturday I called again to speak with an agent. Asked him to put me through to a Manager or Supervisor in the "processing dept". He said I'd have to call back on Monday as there are only agents available on the weekends.
So they jerked me around for 2 days to raise the quote by $550, my policy has now lapsed & I have no coverage!

super convenient experience overall

super convenient experience overall, I was able to get a quote online in just over 15 minutes and didn’t have to deal with any paperwork the website is easy too use, and the whole process felt very smooth from start to finish. i’ll definitely use them again when it’s time to renew

Unaccountable, corrupt company stealing customer time

They evidently haven't been getting into any trouble flat out lying about requirements, asking for intrusive docs totally unnecessary and would be of no help/ info they already have. Saying they are doing something and then simply not. The state should have no reason to wonder why people are furious. FL is known for this and of course it's spread everywhere. Disgusting. Update: Total scam in, harassed for months, they kept some of the funds beyond the days of the policy at cancellation, no break down sent. DO NOT USE. Shame on you Florida.

I wish I give a less than one

I wish I give a less than one. These clowns are a joke.
Stay away from at all costs.
My policy with the new carrier hasn’t gone into effect yet but I wanted to cancel going forward.
Nsure insists that I send in the declaration page from the new carrier before they submit the cancellation to the carrier I’m not going forward with.
That’s crooked!! And appears to be a scam to get me locked into the prior policy. Even though it is not in effect yet.

Almost left Kin for these guys until the endorsements page with 42 exclusionary endorsements advising me what will NOT be covered was missing from the 5 Docusign emails sent to me. I didn't sign anything, called to cancel within one hour and found they did not need my signature, had already contacted my mortgage company then went to their website to find the new insurance had already replaced the old policy and I had to swamp all parties to say not changing. I then received this text message. How many of these reviews are paid for their favorable endorsement? I only just met them. That is an enormous amount of trust to think I won't say anything about something that seems coercive? You'll pay me $20 to bolster your Google rating artificially??? I wonder if the polar opposite is crickets if I had to file a claim???? Last hurricane Kin staff phoned (an actual human, not robocall) to say "are you okay? Do you need anything for your family??” Without asking if we needed to file a claim or any discussion of how much we might cost them. That was reserved for the calm time after any emergency. (Our house had no damage). Great rates are found here but be sure to look over what is and isn't covered for the low price. (transcript of text since I can't post a screenshot: "Hi, I am Adrian, the CEO of Nsure.com. I would like to thank you for purchasing an insurance policy with us. If you were pleased with your Nsure experience, please post a review to our Google profile. (review address) As a token of our appreciation, we will sen d you a $20 Amazon gift card within 5 days of letting us know (by replying to this text0 you posted a review." Incentivized google reviews? If you authentically deserve 5 stars you should not have to pay for them.

STAY AWARE FROM NSure!

I could not be more frustrated and angry by the lack of customer service and the bait and switch scams that I have experienced purchasing a policy from Nsure. I was quoted and selected a policy. By the time I went to purchase the policy and create my account with the insurance company that I went with, I noticed after paying that my Coverages were dramatically reduced, SUBSTANTIALLY. I spoke with Domenico who sold me the policy and was assured all was ok and that I would be contacted with the revised documents. This never happened. I called again and spoke with Victoria, Chelsea, Anthony- all on separate days vowing to get to the bottom of the "error" and contact me back. None of them bothered to call back when they promised they would. Each time you call you speak with an admin that you explain the whole scenario to just to be transferred to a licensed agent that is fully unable to do anything except let you know that they will be contacting the insurance company to correct the "mistake" and will be contacting you, "tomorrow" Phrases that are repeated over and over after waiting on hold over 2 hours! God forbid something actually happens where you need these people with a claim in an emergency- do not count on them to assist or answer. Finally someone from NSURE suggested calling the insurance company directly only to be told that they didn't sell the policy so they cannot assist on any changes but also confirming that NSURE was the one to select and offer underwriting the initial ask of what was then bound. As previously stated I could not be more frustrated by the total failure and waste of time it was been to ever contact or try and work with NSURE. I will be filing a claim with the state department of insurance as this bait and switch scam to me is fraud when you are told something, shown your approved quote in writing that you had to approve and then after paying are scammed into lesser coverage. This has to be a scam.

Repetitive Texts

I got quotes for Home and Auto from a few different insurance companies and went with another one but Nsure.com keeps sending texts. The last one is telling me I need to sign a "cancellation request form." I don't think I should sign anything. I went with another insurance company. Please STOP!

Went to Nsure.com and got a good quote, I thought, on my auto insurance. Paid the premium, only to find out that the policy did not include two of the most important aspects of the quote, namely, the comprehensive and collision coverage. Tried to cancel. Nsure.com was not responsive. Could not get them on the phone. They did not respond to messages on their website. They did not respond to direct messages to their customer service phone number. They did not call me back after dozens of voicemail messages left for them to do so. They are thieves. Do not do business with them.
