I got the bundle tallow which is a jar of 700g organic beef tallow and tallow cream for face. Both products are big disappointment the least to say. The beef tallow has a strong smell of a barn and the texture is grainy and the colour isn’t pale white and when I opened the seal was broken, which made me worry to begin with. The face cream has separated and was leaking by the time of delivery and is scented and not one that is pleasant for me at least. I contacted the seller and they have not even replied to my two emails thus far. I also don’t know how to request for a refund since no one is responding to my emails.

Delivery was terrible. It did not arrive on the allotted day, it was two days late. Instead of it being left in my 'safe place' it was left on my door step in the full sun (hottest day in April, 22 degrees) My order was beef tallow and beef tallow cream. No insulating packaging, so the cream was leaking out of the jar. I did email to question where my order was, but no response from nture

After placing the order last Sunday I have heard nothing and still not received the goods

My supplements arrived in a sealed package. On opening them there was only 30 capsules and not 60 as stated.
I have emailed twice but no reply. Very rude. There customer service is horrendous
Now in the hands of Pay Pal to get my money back. Complete rip off company😠
I am now doubting whats actually in the capsules!!

Ordered some beef tallow on Sunday for next day delivery - it's now Wednesday and no updates. They also won't respond to any emails or calls - Scam site, especially when you charge £7.99 for next day delivery.

My experience was brill. I finally found the BEST halal beef tallow I can trust. Would definitely recommend Nture if you're after quality! Will be buying again.
