Do not even attempt to buy from this…

Do not even attempt to buy from this company - I have ended up signing up to a subscription I didn't want - I have purchased something I didn't authorise payment for and the communication with the company is via a chatbot - my only recourse now seems to be with my bank but I have to wait 30 days to dispute a transaction and no doubt by then the company will be trying to take another payment from my account.

Unwanted Subscription impossible to cancel

I bought one bottle through an Instagram ad. It seems I unwittingly’signed up’ for a subscription. I’ve sent lots of messages saying this was a mistake and never intended to. Especially as the drops don’t work for me. I get replies from a bot called Joyce. Still no sign of refund/ cancellation of unwanted subscription. It is impossible to cancel on their website. BE WARNED!

This company is shady

This company is shady! DO NOT BUY.
I NEVER signed up for automatic subscriptions. I ordered from them one time then several months after my purchase they sent me more product claiming I signed up for a subscription. I kindly asked for that to be canceled and refunded. They claimed they could NOT refund my money, but that they successfully canceled the subscription & all future deliveries. However the very next month they did the same thing! Still refusing to refund my money! And their product doesn't work!

Update to respond to their reply:
Your reply is a fluff piece! I've been dealing with your costumer service for TWO months now without a refund! While having multiple confirmation emails that any & all subscriptions have been canceled and no future products will be shipped & charged to me. YET in both April & May I've been charged & shipped products without my approval! Your cancellation option on your website is nonexistent, it must be in an email and a CESS or PRINCESS from nuflos will respond confirming all cancel details, yet NOTHING GETS CANCELED AND YOUR COMPANY STILL CHARGES & SHIPS PRODUCTS THEN REFUSES TO REFUND THEM SINCE THEY ARE "IN TRANSIT"! I have receipts to back up all my claims.

Total scam

Total scam, never buy anything from them. After almost 8 months I was re-charged for a subscription I never made. I made a one time purchase in august last year, so time frame doesn’t make any sense at all. I contacted them, they informed me of the automatical subscription (scam but ok my fault, assumed it) and informed me that the subscription was canceled and I shouldn‘t worry about future payments. Now, they tried to charge me again. I wonder what nonsense they will tell me now, but I probably will need to cancel my card as I don’t believe in any honesty over there. Just sad…

Where's the minus stars!!

It's a pity there isn't a minus star choice. I made an initial purchase and decided it was NOT for me. Despite contacting the compamy on numerous occasions requesting that they cancel any subscription I may have agreed to, they are still charging me for items I didn't order or want, now they have just charged me for yet another order. I would love to throw this back at them but they are just tooooo far away. DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE.

They are not fair

They are not fair. I never bought a regular delivery t from them, there is nothing on the website where you can cancel it and they continue charging me.
Really very bad.
This is fraud.

I read the review minutes after ordering one bottle of nuflo. I immediately rang my bank and stopped the payment. Today I see that a total of 92.95 has been taken from my account!! I have emailed them . See what happens.No reply so far .

SCAM product. 100% Refund a lie. Buyer Beware.

Aren't we all totally fed up with scammers and liars on the internet. False reviews and testimonials and fake results. And stealing our money
And what about the 100% refund which is a total lie.
I brought this Nuflos product $AU60.00. I used it faithfully and consistently for 3 weeks. I emailed them nothing was happening, I was told to double the dose and keep using which I did for 2 more weeks, still nothing. I emailed them again re 100% money back guarantee - they said I would receive a refund. I emailed back twice more, of course no refund has arrived. It's been over 3 weeks waiting. They are not refunding just lying and wasting my valuable time.
Don't waste your time, energy and hopes on these filthy scammers and liars. Always read reviews first I will certainly be doing that from now on.

Do Not Even Buy!!!!

First and foremost, I couldn't locate the subscription tab. They sent out the order, I emailed to check they said its on auto subscription. Ok fine, I was about to let it slide since i assumed its my fault.

I then tried to cancel my subscription after I received my order. (Which im throwing it in the dustbin) *wasted money.

There was no tab on the website to even cancel "my subscription". I had to email them again asking how to cancel. Thats where they ghosted me! Not cool, totally not cool. I had to call my bank to cancel my card. Im not allowing you to rip me off another subscription which I didnt even sign up for in the very first place!
