Ron was our garage technician and he…
Ron was our garage technician and he arrived during the time he stated with a text. When he got here he went through what was wrong with the door. I should mention that prior to there was another person that came out to fix the door however made it much worse than before and left it that way and did not come back. But Ron was nice enough ti fix what he messed up as well. In addition fixed the wheels on our screen. Thank You Ron!!! Great work!!!

This company does not want to call me back.I've asked for the owner to give me a call back.But he has been non responsive, and I guess all the employees have been fired and I would never use this garage.Door company?Because why your warranty will be denied ninety eight percent of the time.If you're looking for a garage or a company for your garage door do not call this company

Be careful they will try to overcharge you
All I needed was to replace my Spring on my garage door however, the repairman try to rip me off overcharging me for stuff that don’t need to be done. The repairman state that the #1 Garage requires him place all new parts before installing new springs. However it was nothing wrong with parts he wanted to replace. The garage door is only three years old. My home is only 3 years old. It would cost me out-of-pocket $1339.00 that with me using my Home Shield insurance. Integrity my 🤬. Smh

Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Rude – Avoid at All Costs
for Charlotte business:
#1 Garage Door LLC was dispatched through my home warranty service to replace a worn garage door opener belt. From the start, their behavior was unprofessional and seemed more focused on upselling unnecessary repairs than addressing the actual issue.
They refused to replace the opener belt unless I first agreed to replace my rollers — an unrelated and unnecessary step. When I declined their overpriced recommendations (which were nearly three times what others quoted), they falsely reported to my home warranty company that I refused service, and my claim was abruptly cancelled.
The technician was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping once I declined the upsell. It felt like a setup to either overcharge or cancel the job altogether.
This company is not trustworthy. If you're looking for honest and professional service, stay far away from #1 Garage Door LLC. They are not there to help — they are there to take advantage.
