Do not use this company
Do not use this company! They kept asking me to upload documents which I did multiple times and they rejected them each time without explanation. I asked them to call me, they did not call me. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They ignore all my e mails.

Paid for a number plate never received, contacted them on several occasions but still no response, customer service rubbish and they still have my money

Poor delivery and customer service
They took ages delivering the plate which i needed for a trip. Day before the trip still no plate so i had to go to halfords and get one (an hour round trip), then they refused a refund citing the small print. All in all a terrible experience and a waste of money.

I ordered a set of standard new plates in the morning, and they arrived the next day in the afternoon. great build quality and i reccomend buying the installment pack with the screws as they make life a lot easier! thanks guys
