If Trustpilot would allow I’d give this company and their product no stars. I bought, not one, but two useless pieces of plastic. Really angry with myself for being so gullible and allowing myself to be conned.

I tried to cancel my order but was told it had already been shipped. Well I can tell you they’re already in the bin!

I ORDERED TWO ON THEIR WEBPAGE AS A SPECIAL PURCHASE AND RECEIVED ONE AT $76.88. IT ISN'T WORTH THAT AMOUNT AND THE COMPANY SCAMMED ME WITH A FAKE OFFER FOR TWO. STEER CLEAR OF THESES SCAMMERS. THEY REPLIED TO ME WITH A

WE PURCHASED NURABREEZE AIR CON UNIT. IT ARRIVED LATE AND DAMAGED. WATER WAS LEAKING THROUGH. CONTACTED THE COMPANY, WHO SAID I COULDN'T HAVE A REFUND. I HAD ALSO PAID FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEY OFFERED ME 25% REFUND TO KEEP THE DAMAGED UNIT. I DO NOT HAVE RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Rubbish. Keep away from these so called cooling fans. Totally ineffective and very misleading. The promotion on their website suggests you saving hundreds of pounds on multiple purchases but you can buy them for £20 on other sites. Even at £20 the item is useless. Not worth a fiver. These lot should be shut down for misleading customers

Fell for this marketing trap courtesy of an advert on YouTube. An advert which was full of promise about the creator of this wonder product and the miracles it would work.

I saw there were generic cheaper versions of the same product but took them to be imitations of this wonder product. I feel dumb for doing that.

Ordered three of these little miracle workers to place about the house.

What arrived is in fact those very same cheaply made products that you can pick up elsewhere for a third of the price. There’s no ‘Nurabreeze’ branding ANYWHERE. Not on the packaging, not on the product. Nowhere - even the customer support business card isn’t remotely related to Nurabreeze.

The product itself? Let’s just say no miracles have been worked.

Shameful marketing. Shameful product.

Be smart - don’t fall for the trap like I did.

£150 out of pocket for something that’s worth maybe a third of that being generous.

‘Nurabreeze’ is just a name for someone selling cheaply made mass produced products that are easily attainable elsewhere that don’t do anything they claim they can.

Absolutely useless. A con. Don’t buy. Waste of money and company refusing refund! Appalling

Having seen the advert and crunched the numbers I realised that by purchasing just two of these units and leaving them on all night with the windows open I could single-handedly reverse 40+ years of global warming, using only £11.60 in electricity!

Unfortunately of course the advert is untrue.

Why a supposedly reputable outlet like YouTube allows these scammers to advertise on their platform is a serious question to ask.

Manufactured in China and distributed by a Lithuanian company, classified as a mail order and Internet sales company, UAB 'Commerce Core', in Vilnius, this Nurabreeze Air Cooler does not do what the company claims.

I tested a Nurabreeze in my room, an enclosed system, 11.7 feet square. The ambient temperature remained roughly constant (4.50 pm - 20.08°C, 6.05 pm - 19.9°C, 8.20 pm - 20.3°C) at a 'cooling intensity' of 1, peaking at 20.3°C from 8.22 pm to 10.50 pm at the 'maximum cooling intensity' of 3. To put it another way, there was no cooling at all! I sent the photographic evidence to that effect to Nurabreeze.

The high heat capacity of water makes it a common choice for transferring heat in internal combustion engines. But Nurabreeze is not a heat exchanger, but a fan - one that incidentally cannot be decommissioned by pouring out the water in the tank: processes, like fins, are not secure in the fan housing, and so they fall out. A laughable design.

On the first day of the 30-day refund period, on 1 August, the arrival date, I decided to ask Customer Support for a refund. This was their reply:

I duly filled out the survey (it was a struggle to condense my feedback into the 250 character-spaces allotted), which Customer Support had awaited with such pleasure.

Three times (on the 1st, 6th and 9th August) I completed the survey, in vain expectation of Customer Support 'walking through the whole (refund) process', and three times I received the rejoinder, 'We have not received any response from you. . . we’ll mark it as solved. . . Have a great day!'

An unctuous reticence that spoke volumes.

Be very careful with this the ad posted on Youtube. When you click, it requires you to sign onto your Paypal right away. It then charges you immediately even though you haven't completed or confirmed the order. Even though you cancel straightaway, you will get an email from this company to say that it has been immediately despatched, and this email will be sent to you even though you have already sent in a cancellation request. There is no Customer Service to respond that they will immediately refund your order or in any way be responsive to customer requests.

—Update* After strenuous effort on my part including multiple emails and cancellation requests as well as a message direct on the company product website, I managed to get a refund on the same day. Hopefully this helps inform consumers about this product and my experience.

Bullcrap advertising loophole abusing worthless piece of plastic rubbish.

Absolute garbage, a complete scam. I fell for this and tried to cancel immediately but was told it had already been sent. When the product came, I struggled to switch it on as the switch was such poor quality. The whole thing was poor quality. To be honest, i threw it in the bin because I didn’t want to be reminded that I had been scammed.

12 pound on eBay,and they selling it for 49.99 pound. Seriously scummy,indorsed by you tube aswell.it isn't even worth 22 pound.all faith lost,shouldn't be aloud to continue

Seen the YouTube ad but came here first. I thought it seemed to good to be true, and immediately knew the 34C to 17C in 90 seconds was cloud-cuckoo land stuff. I watched the rest of it slightly impressed by the innards having a smaller version of a air-con's tech and thought it could work to an extent (not as claimed of course). Then, on seeing the fact it powers via USB/ works via battery, I realised that couldn't power even a tiny condenser / compressor into coils etc. Anyone who owns a simple USB or rechargeable fan without all that extra tech knows it's not powerful like a mains one. Definitely a con!

I Cancelled the order within a very short time. ( 2 Hours ) Customer Service Claimed it was already dispatched.
Their own tracking facility revealed it was sent from China 7 days later. The tracking facility changed the Tracking number to a GB Royal mail number once it was passed on to Royal Mail. On Royal Mail UK tracking facility I redirected the delivery of the Parcel to my local post office rather than having it deliveredd to my home. This way I made sure, it was not registered as delivered when I was not at home to refuse it. Royal Mail informed me when the parcel was available for collection at my local post office. I refused collection at my local post office and the parcel was sent back without me incurring any fees. I send an email to the customer service with the Details and asking for a refund. Customer Service refused due to the fact that I had not accepted the parcel! I send a detailed history of the case with screenshots of emails and responses. I got a full refund and an apology, meanwhile I had also reported the case to my credit card provider and bank. My advise: keep all emails and replies to proof your case and do not accept the parcel!

There is nothing clever about these

All they do is blow air across iced water. The amount of cooling achieved will be minimal, and energy has been consumed in creating ice.

Do not believe the YouTube adverts. They are nothing new

This product is being promoted on Youtube, the format of these advert being exactly the same as other products for heating, cooling, internet - genius student fed up with poor conditions at college, has an idea to address the problems, finds a solution which works wonderfully, a company wants to buy the solution, but he refuses to sell, and he gets expelled from college, so he decides to make product himself and sell direct to customers. These products clearly don't even obey the laws of physics. You can't cool a room in 90 seconds without the heat removed going somewhere - you can't just generate cold, you can only move the heat somewhere else, but unless you're connecting that device outside the room, all you've really got is a fan, not a coolant. Funny how these devices aren't available through reputable sellers, but only through a dodgy website where you risk making a purchase without any legal protection for recovery if goods don't work, and you're handing over card details to a company that may have appropriate data protection to keep your card details secure. BEWARE
