Poor Customer Service

Attempting to unsubscribe from the text messages outside of USA is a nightmare! No help from Customer Service, I believe they choose to ignore my countless emails requesting for help - and do not read the finer details - instead send a stock standard reply.

Two Thumbs Up

I ordered my Shilajit from Nurojit and I have nothing but positive things to share!! Their product was as advertised!!! After about 3 days I experience more energy, better sleep and improved mental clarity. I simply FELT healthier!!
The customer service has been amazing! I experienced ZERO issues with ordering or delivery of my products!
I am so impressed by Nurojit I have placed my order for their blueberry shilajit gummies.
I am positive I will experience nothing but positive results from this product as well !! :)

Customer service is the worst

Customer service is the worst. I’m waiting for an order since Oct. I had to post a review here to get a response and after I got a long winded response, nothing was actual done to reship my order or even refund me. I have emailed them multiple times and am getting zero satisfaction or response. If you’re ordering internationally I would avoid.

Horrible Customer service/Will not refund order

I returned their product and they have IGNORED my emails. I sent them a tracking number and they have the product but are not providing a refund. They take FOREVER to reply to your initial request to set up and return/refund. Based on their customer service alone, I would never order from them.

***UPDATE*** they have replied to this review with more lies. No “priority” email in my spam or junk mailbox. They still are ignoring my refund AGAIN, EVEN AFTER they have the product returned to them (verified with tracking number). The fact that they replied so quickly to this review and have ignored their PAYING customer for WEEKS speaks loudly to their priorities.
Happy to update this review further if and when they actually refund me for the product they have back in their possession.

I paid for the “buy 2 get 1 free” and only received one bottle in total. I have followed up many times with them but have received no reply. Disappointing.

I have made an order on 22nd of November 2024 and I STILL HAVEN’T received my order!! Order no #34209. How it’s even possible? It’s near 2025!!! It’s embarrassing Nurojit, is this how you do business??Is this how you treat your customers?? You have so many bad reviews and you still not trying to sort the things right?? I am very disappointed of this company!!! They didn’t even bother to answer to my almost 10 emails sent!!! I want a full refund! I have paid you almost $250! Give me my money back you crooks!!!

Massive difference in our energy which we noticed more when we ran out of gummies!!! My husband and I have been having the blueberry gummies for the past few months, not only are they tasty but they actually work. Very impressed with this product, value, taste and mostly the results.

This company is beyond shocking I…

This company is beyond shocking I ordered the 3 for 2 jars of there capsules on 28th October and since have received absolutely nothing other than a few emails apologising for the delay and a refund of £15 out of the £105 I originally spent with them..have since emailed them back now 5 times in the last 2 weeks asking them where the hell is my order which seems to keep falling on deaf ears.. truly disgusting company and my honest advice to anyone is STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!

Your company is a sham!

My order just never showed up been…

My order just never showed up been waiting over a month. Sent them a ton of emails still nothing not even a reply.
After I made this post they immediately got a hold of me and got my order in the mail offered me a discount To take this review down which I declined. I have since received my order and all seems to be well. I feel that I shouldn't have had to give them a bad review to get my order. I can not review there product because I haven't tried it yet but it all seems legit.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Company

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Nurojit and cannot recommend this company. I placed an order with extra payment for expedited shipping, as I was staying at the delivery address temporarily. Despite this, the company failed to ship the order on time.

I contacted their customer support multiple times through various channels to request a cancellation and a full refund, as no one is currently at the address. To my dismay, I received no response whatsoever. Their complete lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable.

As of now, my refund has not been processed, and the issue remains unresolved. This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering products from Nurojit. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
