I love the bags

I love the bags! I got one for myself and one for my best friend. I was concerned about the time frame but was reassured that my order was on its way. It took about 3 weeks to get my order. The only negative thing is that the inside zipper gets stuck and is hard to zip and unzip. Other than that I love the bags.

Can't get past the smell

When I received the nurse bag, I was overcome with the smell of it. The only way to describe the smell is to say that it smells like asbestos brake pads that have burnt up! I put it outside overnight and it still smells!
The price of the bag is too much in my opinion. If I was in a store, I would expect to pay about $25 for the bag

Anxiety Releived

It took a little while for the purses to arrive and I was a little anxious, when I expressed that to Nursonia, someone answered and very caringly put my mind at ease. The person actually said "let me know" which is very rare in email messages with businesses.

I love my bag!

I love my bag!! I did think it would have more purple than pink but it's beautiful.
It does have a problem. The inside pocket zipper does not work properly.

Probably shouldn’t even give 1 star

Probably shouldn’t even give 1 star. Ordered the large bag and wallet. Got the wallet first, it’s cute but not very big. Next came the bag. My name was misspelled. They never sent an email asking if it was correct or not, just printed it that way. Let them know, they didn’t ask if I would like another one or how the issue could be resolved. That’s a lot of money for something that I can’t use. So fair warning if you do order something make sure you type it out correctly because there’s no preview and they will not fix the issue.

Don’t buy this product

This was a highly anticipated product. I agonized over my selection. Once I made the selection and purchased the product, it took WEEKS to get to me. I received the product in a banged up box, it was NOTHING like the unboxing advertised on Instagram. When I opened the product, it looked nice on the outside. But something told me to smell the inside of the bag. The smell was so bad that I immediately became nauseated. It smelled just like cat urine.
Efforts to contact the company have been unsuccessful.

Super Cute, but is it worth it!

I couldn't wait to get my bags and planned on ordering more as gifts. I ordered the #medsurg "superpower" in large and #iculife "sinus" in med, and they are SO CUTE!!! I wish I had ordered both in large because the large is perfect for all my work stuff, including my laptop, but the medium is significantly smaller and more like a purse. I loved that I could customize the nurse to look like me and add my name. I'm glad I got both bags with the get-one-free promotion. Otherwise, I feel the bags would not be worth the hype or the price. I ordered the faux leather, not the top-grain leather, which may be the reason why I think the material looks and feels cheap. Here is why I will be hesitant to recommend Nuresonia to others.
1. the length of time from order to receipt. It basically took a month. I thought the bags were coming from New York. I received an email stating I would receive tracking info on a specified date. I didn’t, so I emailed customer service, which responded quickly and professionally. I was told the email I received was an inaccurate auto-generated email, and it takes 20-25 business days to ship. THAT’S ~ 5 WEEKS! The website says 5-7 days to produce and ship, then 7-12 days to be delivered. I was thinking 3 weeks max. It took 4 weeks, and when I got the tracking info, I saw it was coming from China. If the website reflected the timeframe given in the email, I wouldn't have purchased it.
2. the zipper/strap add-on options. What's the point? What a waste of money! I opted for the zipper because I didn’t want things to fall out if the bag tipped over. When looking at the pictures on the site, I didn't notice this, but the zipper is placed only in the center portion of the bag, meaning that there are large gaps on either side, guaranteeing that items will fall out if the bag tips over. Why have a zipper if it doesn't keep everything in? The strap is a flimsy piece of plastic that I wouldn't trust to support the weight of a full bag in which I have my laptop. The strap is literally a piece of junk, and the zipper is a waste of money. The accents on the bag are made from the same cheap material, making it look craft-like
3. the protective box add-on option for $10. I didn't opt for this, and I regret it. Looking at the pics, it's just a plain box with a dust cover bag and tissue paper. So I didn't get it. I didn't realize that meant the bags would be shipped in those thin mailer bags. Imagine the bumps and dings the bags suffered in travel, going through customs, and multiple handoffs. When I ran my hands over the dings and impressions, I realized that the bags were cardboard-like material, covered with a stretched screen print material. The places where the bags were crushed are permanently marred. The shipping insurance add-on makes sense now. With all that, I still really like the bags, and none of this would be a big deal if the price reflected what I actually received. Considering how expensive these bags can get without a promotion of some sort and after choosing the options and add-ons, it may not be worth the price.

No zipper

The material is of very good quality. The design is great. However, this is my second bag and both times I ordered the bag with zipper as advertised and both times it came without zipper. I was disappointed.
