Dear Claudine,
Thanks for your review. Collagen usually takes 3-6 months to start having an effect on your overall health, skin, hair, nails and joints. Taking one bottle of collagen and expecting a miracle is unrealistic. You have to be committed to this regime of collagen for at least 3-6 months at a minimum. Any other company which promises otherwise is misleading you and setting unrealistic expectations. Therefore, our advise is that you consume collagen everyday for a minimum of 3 months (at the very least) - although the recommendation is at least 6 months.
Depending upon your age, you loose about 2-3% of the collagen in your body after the age of 25. By that logic, if you are 50 years old, you would have lost about 50-60% of the collagen levels in your body. Therefore, in order to replenish that amount of collagen in your body (because the body does not naturally produce collagen), you need at least 6 months of collagen consumption.
Hope that helps.
Your review therefore is extremely unfair and not a reflection of realistic expectations.

Great product
Great product, I really like the marine collagen as it dissolves nicely in my morning coffee and has no taste or smell. Customer service is also really good, unfortunately Amazon logistics lost/delivered to wrong place my delivery but I was sent another to be delivered by Evri and that was delivered perfectly. Thank you Nutrabytes.
