been taking 30mg of ostarine for weeks and i don't feel any difference

Item arrived on time so no complaints there, not sure what I expected but I train abs for 30 mins daily, gym for 1 hour 6 days a week, push pull legs, run a 10km once a week and do bjj twice a week and have been sticking to that regime for about a year now. I thought I’d introduce osterine to see if I’d get results. After running 30mg for about 7 weeks, I honestly haven’t noticed anything other than natural gains as I’ve been working hard in my training sessions but I don’t know if I expected to much or if the sarms are bunk.

Took a month to arrrive. Had to claim money back with my bank before they actually sent the order. Lied multiple times about the date they sent the the order out. Communication was poor. And the Unbeatable rad 140 just upset my stomach so can’t even use it

Great service , great products, got the Rad140 started on 10mg , slight headaches at first but wore off, working in medicine I know if a medication doesn’t have any side effects then it’s not working , increased to 20 mg and eating 3500 cals per day with push pull legs rest split to failure and noticed massive gains

My item I ordered wasn’t in stock I recieved a text asking if they could substitute my order with a similar product,when it arrived there were about 3 free products (expensive ones) In the package can’t fault them will use again .
