Dear Richard,
Thank you for your feedback.
We have carefully reviewed your order details and can confirm that your order was successfully delivered to your address on February 28th, merely 2 days following its dispatch. The tracking information includes photographic evidence that clearly confirms the delivery of your order.
We kindly suggest checking with other members of your household to see if perhaps someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. It appears we have not yet received any email communication from you regarding this matter. Had we been notified, we would have promptly provided you with this information.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to improve your experience with us in the future.
