Never received my order,
Never received my order,
It was to be received 5-8 days of placing order. Notified customer service three times, I sent a copy of order confirmation with order code and amount of order. The response I received back, why did I buy In bulk nothing about my shipment. On website it was offered in bulk (3 bottles). If the company didn’t want people to purchase the bulk it shouldn’t be offered. I asked for my order to canceled and credit my credit card. I have not received a response back from customer service or any one from the company.

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your review.
I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with your order. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we deeply regret that your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe.
We understand your frustration, and we apologize for the lack of clarity and assistance you received when reaching out to our customer service team. The reason why we needed to verify the order was that we received a bulk order:
(1) 3 Bottles Liver Health 365
(3) 3 Bottles Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
Your order has been shipped.
If you have any questions, please email us at support@ihf.zendesk.com.

High anxiety? Buy, Calm …
I ordered these and literally got them the same week. I’ve only had a few, but they are very calming! After I get home from work, I will chew one or 2 just to relax. They really work. I highly recommend them and they are non addictive which is why I love them!

I bought extra product to get over the $100 level because I was supposed to get a 25% discount at checkout. That did not occur. I reached out to the company with a message about it and have not heard back.

IMPORTANT CORRECTION!
I am rewriting my review because I made a serious mistake about my experience. I was retelling the details I had with a company from which I ordered the same day(within minutes of yours), but mixed up the names.
Have yet to try the product. But it was shipped & received in a very swift manner.
When I submitted my complaint to them I was even called by a real live person, almost immediately to talk about my order. I still was referring to the wrong company. Their customer satisfaction response was phenomenal.
I am sorry for my error. NOW, if the product comes close to the customer experience, I will be happy.
Mary Bishop.

Long process of order and shipping.
I takes you too long to process an order, then to ship it. I don’t see anywhere on your website that shows tracking, but I understand that I might get one once the order is processed. Unless I type in your companty’s name “Nuu”, I can never find your emails.
