Hi Mah,

The black Lash Serum (LashMD) you purchased is a prostaglandin lash serum, which means it is the most potent type available and results are scientifically proven. To see the full effect, it must be used every night and consistently for 3 months – one month is too early to notice results.

We also always recommend taking before-and-after photos, because when we look in the mirror every day it’s very hard to notice gradual changes until you compare side by side.

As we are based in the UK, shipping to Malaysia naturally takes a little longer than to other countries. However, because we’ve had so many requests from happy customers in Malaysia, we’re committed to continuing deliveries there.
