This product has never worked from the beginning. I requested a refund, but was told it could not be refunded because it was “used.” The reality is that we have never been able to use it at all.
The sauna is the same way it does not work, and the company refuses to take responsibility.

Product doesnt work & customer service won't help
I purchased two products from Nuvio, one being the chiller and the other being the long recovery pod. After three months the chiller stopped working and the recovery pod had a leak from the beginning.
The customer support team at Nuvio is responsive, but unwilling to help fix or replace any products. They string you along asking for videos and making you try different things, none of which actually help. Once I requested a refund or a product replacement they went completely dark on me. Stay away from this company.

Customer support is terrible
Customer support is terrible. The product will have issues and you will be at the mercy of “Charlie” in support to resolve an issue. Its taken me 2 months to get the simplest response with no explanation. Try contacting and talking to a human before purchasing - you cant!

It’s very slow to cool down a…
It’s very slow to cool down a regular-sized tub. Mine takes 6-8 hours to go from 20°C to 6°C. I bought it hoping to run it for 1–2 hours each night while I work out, then come back for a plunge. But the reality is I have to leave it on all day or all night, which blocks the tub from normal use. Not great. I have the Recovery Chiller for Ice Bath.

Great service from Charlie
Charlie was great and took care of everything in an expedient manner. Just a couple of quick videos of the error code and they sent the part with how-to videos for changing it. Works like a champ now.

It didn’t work when I first received…
It didn’t work when I first received it. I was trying to test it in a bucket of water to see how fast it would cool. The pump wasn’t working and we tried everything to fix it with their support team. I wanted to get my obey back because I had all the equipment and boxes still but because I tested it in the bucket they wouldn’t accept it. How are we supposed to figure out it works without trying it? They told me they would send out a new pump to replace the broken one and I never received that either. So the company and the equipment is sketchy. I would look into any of the other options out there.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE, I’ve been reaching out for a week and no response. Their policy states they’ll send a new unit within 24 hours , still haven’t heard back from anyone. You can’t speak with anyone , it’s all automated. There product is shit, it quit working in less than a year. DO NOT BUY!!!

Terrible company
Terrible company. Used 5 times and stopped working. Contacted company within 30 days and they said it has to be unopened and unused to return. They say they will repair and send parts but have done nothing. Run, don't waste your money here.

I gave it a chance
I gave it a chance. Used it for about a week before it started leaking from the side seam. I was super gentle with it, followed all setup instructions, and still ran into problems.
When I contacted support, they gave me the usual “try reinflating” advice. Eventually I gave up. Out of curiosity, I reverse searched the product and found it all over AliExpress.
Same photos, same measurements, same tub — just without the Titan logo. That was the final straw. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It’s not a real product, just a branded import.

This felt like a premium brand when I…
This felt like a premium brand when I placed the order — nice website, professional photos, big promises. But when the product arrived, I could instantly tell it was mass-produced. It’s a thin, inflatable cold plunge that can’t hold its shape well and has poor thermal retention. After a bit of online research, I saw the same tub listed under different names on Temu and Shopee for a fraction of the cost. I don’t mind paying for quality, but there was none here. You’re essentially paying for the marketing, not the product. I’d absolutely avoid this brand.

I rarely leave reviews, but this felt necessary. The cold plunge I received is not what’s advertised. The material is flimsy, it doesn’t insulate well, and the stitching started to fray after a few uses. I emailed customer service with photos, and their response was robotic at best. The worst part? A quick Google image search led me to multiple Chinese marketplaces selling the exact same tub for under $100. I paid over six times that. This isn’t a custom-built product, it’s a low-cost import with a big logo and a bigger markup. Disappointing to say the least.

Zero quality control. Mine arrived scratched, with a weak seal, and it leaked from day one. Customer service told me to “tighten the valve.” Useless.

Total markup play. It appears to be a generic unit from Shopee sold at premium pricing. Quality felt flimsy, leak showed up within a week, and my return was declined. The newer version on Shopee costs less and is built better.

Feels like a knockoff. Looks like the same portable plunge you see on Taobao with a logo added and a big markup. Mine started leaking by day two, and they wouldn’t take it back. You’re better off grabbing the upgraded model straight from Taobao for less.

Feels deceptive. What arrived looks identical to an Shoope cold plunge, just with a logo and higher price. It failed fast, leaking on day nine, and customer service wouldn’t process a return. Skip this and buy the updated model directly from Shoope or similar.
