My friend suggested NVMhoster I bought 2 hosting services almost 4 days went server is down even support did not send any email or message about issue I asked them after 24 hours then they told me server is crashed don't know how people gave 5 star rating beware before buy hosting or any other service..

nvm hosting is worst hosting and they scam people their service is not good at all plz suggest everyone to avoid them.And these thieves are also very big They take down the server for days to collect money This guy has cheated so much that he even took the money and didn't even let me take a backup I would suggest everyone to stay away from this hosting, it's a very lousy person I would suggest everyone not to get hosting from them, they don't even give you backup time, it's a very bad company

Regarding your refund, our policy allows refunds within 7 days, but you requested it after 40 days. Despite this, we still processed your refund as a goodwill gesture.
Additionally, we informed you one hour before your account termination to take a backup of your website. At 3:48 PM, you were clearly notified that your account would be terminated after one hour, along with the refund. It was your responsibility to secure your data before the termination.
We take uptime and service reliability very seriously, and any scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. If you have any hosting-related concerns, feel free to reach out.

The had mentioned information on website which they never granted. 6 GB RAM was mentioned when I ordered from their website but when I paid and opened the panel, all I got was 3 GB. After conversation, they mentioned that website was being updated but I already had ordered them on the basis of 6 GB.
After many requests, they rejected to give me what was mentioned on their website. BE CAREFUL! They will give you far less than what they claimed. I got a refund (1 star for that) but wasted my hours negotiating. Very rigid staff with soft tone!

The worst hosting provider. Their servers are down for 3 days, No one is replying. It happened before countless times. But now they are not even replying. You can not get a refund, they treat you like badly, threat your site. I am sorry if you lost your money too. Just buy from site ground GoDaddy or any other provider. NVMHoster own website is down as well how can they protect users.
