Total Fraud Alert. This company is a predatory operation that exploits businesses through deception and extreme overcharging. They are highly unprofessional and lack any legitimate infrastructure.
Predatory Practices:
Inflated Billing: They demand exorbitant fees for "marketing," "branding," and "system software" that provide no real value.
Zero Vendor Support: They claim to manage a network but offer no actual assistance or vendor connections.
Deceptive Tactics: Instead of providing service, they pressure you to connect with outside parties or disappear when help is needed.
Unreasonable Barriers: They attempt to lock you in by requiring massive, unrealistic investments of 10 to 15 lacs for initial orders

I am franchise owner of NV Shoppe based at Odisha.Sharing my experience in this review so that it helps others understanding the reality. It was the worst decision of taking the NV Shoppe Franchise. Here are the events that has happened till now.
1-None of their Team member is updated in all aspects and will fail to give you proper information you need.They will follow up with you till you have taken their franchise.After that they will stop responding you.
2- The value of my saleable goods was 4.5 L for which 80k transportation was charged.That means even if I sell the entire stock(practically impossible) then also I will not be able to make profit.Firstly I was said that the transportation charge will be around 25-30k,then they increased to 50-60k and finally landed on 80k.They will keep it open ended till the time they dispatch the products.Inspite of NV claiming of having 280+ franchise set ups across the Nation they are unable to say tentative transportation charges.Their team will show you such urgency in such a way that you will be left with no other option but to follow their instructions.
3- I was informed that a team will come to set up Mart and it's articles and do local tie ups with vendors who will provide products subsequently. To my pity no team came and I was left stranded in the middle of my project.No team arrived and my Mart was not opened on desired date (21st Dec 2025)
4- They don't provide you agreement even after requesting again and again.First they tell you that the agreement will reach through logistics,then after not getting it they change their version and assure to send it through mail.But in the end you don’t get the agreement at all.
5- The products they send from Noida lacks variety.No proper mix and match of products.How can someone even not send basic products even like Atta and Amulspray, Agarbatti, Horlicks,Cerelac.Almost 60+ items missing. I even provided them some list earlier but they will do as per their interest.They will even not provide you the invoice or product mix details until the consignment arrives.Purchase price of Some products are also on higher side as compared to local distributors.Even more than 20+ products have been billed in the invoice but are missing in consignment.I was confirmed that the products/refund either one will be executed but nothing has happened.
6-My Consignment was delivered on 18th Dec 2025 and my Mart was inaugurated on 27th Dec 2025.Till now no local vendors tie ups by them as committed keep.Many products are of near expiry. Still unsure that whether expiry settlement will be done as per their commitment.
7- Most of the staffs do not respond to calls or What's app messages.Neither they show the courtesy to call back or text.You call Lucky,he will ask to call Arun,you call Arun he will say this is not my dept.,call HR Soniya,you call Soniya she will say you call Purchase Manager Ravi and it goes on.
8- My entire products delivered from Noida is not captured by scanner and the reason is an incorrect file has been updated in the in the system and it it cannot be reupdated.Thats means franchise will be penalized for NVs mistakes.
9- As said earlier my Mart was inaugurated on 27th Dec but the software training was done on 6th Jan.Just imagine how someone would have run the Mart for 10 days without proper information about systems,GST etc.Some MLM team member reaches your place and installs the software and just gives a very brief idea which solves no real purpose.
10-More than 1 month has passed by yet no Marketing team has arrived.Only one excuse that Marketing Team covers locations statewise.That means the loss/expiry of products will be borne completely by FRANCHISE due to lack of marketing and less footfall.
After continuous follow ups I received a call from MD Madam and was assured that all the issues will be resolved with 2-3 days.From 7th jan to 21st Jan,it’s more than 2 weeks and I am yet to get any resolution. On a final note I can only say this Venture has brought me down into distress .I trusted NV and currently in a helpless situation.
