Horrible Horrible. They do not deserve one star. Do not sign up for their membership. If you cancel the membership, they will still charge you. After calling to cancel it and speaking with Erica she told me it will be cancelled, then I was charged, I asked her why and she said she was out sick, sorry. I wanted to cancel the service because every time the cleaner was supposed to show up they were late. The first time they were 4 hours late. Which I let slid because they offered a courtesy cleaning. The 2nd time they were one hour late and just did an ok job and refused to clean the base boards and didn't bring their own cleaning supplies. The final straw was when they was supposed to come at 9:00 and stated they could not come until 12:00 because the cleaner was so far away. I canceled at that moment. The only reason I was still with the service during the 2nd cleaning is because I already paid 3 times and I was trying get at least what I paid. Since I didn't want to wait 3 hours for a service that was scheduled a week prior I asked for my money back. The representative on the phone, Erica is very nice and apologizes, however, I paid for a cleaning service. The company promised to send me a check by mail because I closed my card because I didn't want them to charge me again. It's been three weeks and I have not received anything in the mail and the company is no longer answering the phone.

Cleaner was 2.5 hours late. I live in an alcove studio apartment and ordered a deep clean. She didn’t vacuum or mop half the area. The only pro was that the travel agent Erica answered quickly.

Beware of this company! It is a scam! They post jobs on craigslist, then they "hire" people and at the end, they do not pay them! This company should be sued and taken out of business! I am forwarding my complaint to the office of Consumer Affairs.

Do not do business with this company! They made three UNAUTHORIZED charges on my credit card for services they never provided! They have given me the run-around for months about the delay in giving me a refund - one ridiculous excuse after another and now it is too late to dispute the charges. The owner Christian Perez hides behind Erica his booking agent and refuses to get on the phone. They acknowledged the charges were unauthorized and promised to refund the money (making me wait four weeks without providing a reason why) and now the date for the refund has come and gone and I still do not have my money. They are now ignoring my calls. Also, their cleaners are not that good. Don't do business with these guys - they are dishonest and unethical people.

Total disaster: Cleaning Pass cleaner DAMAGED newly-restored kitchen countertops, CHIPPED kitchen sink, STAINED cabinet — and Cleaning Pass refused to respond to phone calls, texts and emails much less repair the damages or refund the cost to. Cleaner didn't speak English; didn’t have proper cleaning supplies or vacuum; and didn’t perform an actual deep clean.

These guys are GREAT. everything is bright and shiny now.

I would eat off the floor now.
