Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass die Lieferung Ihrer Bestellung länger gedauert hat als erwartet, obwohl die Produkte als verfügbar angezeigt wurden.
Ich habe Ihre Bestellung überprüft und festgestellt, dass sie einen Artikel mit einer angegebenen Lieferzeit von 5 bis 7 Tagen enthielt. Leider hat sich dieser Artikel aufgrund einer Verzögerung beim Transport von unserem lokalen Lager zu unserem Hauptlager verspätet. Aus diesem Grund hat sich der Versand Ihrer gesamten Bestellung verzögert.
Wir bedauern sehr, dass dies passiert ist, da wir alles daransetzen, Bestellungen so schnell wie möglich an unsere Kunden auszuliefern.
Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Durch Rückmeldungen wie diese können wir unseren Service in Zukunft noch weiter verbessern. Außerdem werden wir intern untersuchen, warum Sie über diese Verzögerung nicht informiert wurden, damit wir solche Situationen künftig vermeiden können.

Een vriendelijke medewerker heeft toen bij verzending geïnformeerd en ons verzekerd dat de order op tijd zou worden geleverd. De goederen zijn zelfs eerder dan bevestigd geleverd. Top geregeld!
