Jeg havde bestilt et spil på tysk ved en fejl. Benjamin skrev og spurgte om det var med vilje, inden han pakkede spillet. Da jeg konstaterede at jeg havde overset sproget, var han hurtig til at annullere min ordre.

I had such a good experience. There was something wrong with the tracking on my package, and they went above and beyond to made sure it got delivered safely. The owner was even on a business trip and still made time to resolve the situation and answer my messages.

Super oplevelse. Der er ikke så meget andet og tilføje.

Hyggelig atmosfære, fede events, godt udvalgt af spil samt god service. Kan STÆRKT anbefale et besøg hos oaken vault. Selv til dem der ikke er til brætspil, da de serverer fantastisk kaffe ( både varm og kold), og kakao😋

I ordered 4 games from them but when they arrived the package had taken a beating and was torn up on one side.
Two of the games had been dented but was otherwise okay.
For that they gave me a 20% discount and a nice laugh :)

Oaken Vault has an incredible selection and top customer support. My experience was fantastic from start to finish.

If you're ordering from abroad (especially to Portugal), be aware that tracking may take some time to update. I was initially concerned, but this delay was due to the forwarding company, not Oaken Vault. Once the tracking was updated, my package arrived quickly, carefully packaged, and exactly as described.
