Top quality product and outstanding customer service!

I purchased a TV stand. It's a very lovely piece of furniture that was well crafted and finished. Delivery time was quicker than expected and the delivery company did an outstanding job.

Absolutely the best! From online ordering to talking on the phone. Our table and chairs are beautiful. Delivery was smooth and the gentlemen were kind and helpful.

I ordered a bed and love it. It arrived as scheduled and was delivered upstairs by two pleasant delivery men.

I bought the 2 shelf oak bookshelf. The quality was very good. I, however, have one complaint. There needs to be more holes to relocate the shelves. If you are storing binders, the shelves need to be at least 12" apart. The only way to do that with the bookcase is to drill more holes on both sides, which i did. The bookcase now handles all of my records very well. Other than that, the bookcase is very well constructed, looks great, and was a very good choice. Lastly, screwing the mounting brackets to the shelves is a very good idea.

Ordered a vanity set. It looks great in my bedroom! Paid extra for delivery and setup- totally worth it! Quality piece of furniture that I’ll have for a long time.

My second purchase experience did not go S well as the first. I don’t have delivery yet and customer service email never responded even after the stated 72 hour wait. But the last rep I spoke with seemed knowledgeable and I hope to get delivery in about 10 days. So try me later!! E Fisher

Second purchase item not as satisfying as first. Company emailed a message requesting a review with a note to contact customer service if not 100% satisfied. The email address provided for customer service did not work. I took the time to call 844-304-6777, work way through an automated system and then communicate with an ESL speaker. Upon being asked to repeat what had happened, I hung up.

Update: 7/2/2020 There is a message saying that the retailer has contacted me, which is inaccurate. There has not been any communication. I am lowering the rating: from two stars to one.

Customer service was excellent at the store and even after furniture was delivered they followed up to be sure I was satisfied. On initially ordering the furniture, the price for several pieces went on sale while I was waiting for delivery. Upon calling customer service they were more than happy to issue me a refund of the difference. The furniture is all solid wood and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!

Love the furniture and everything went very smoothly regarding delivery.

Had a little issue with delivery that Damon quickly took care of. The issue was I was given three different delivery dates over ten days. When delivered my new pantry cabinet had two scratches on the back right corner. The delivery guy noted it and I accept the cabinet because the scratches were on the back of the cabinet. This was my 3rd purchase from Oak Furnitureland. Their furniture is high quality and very attractive. I would buy from them again.

The people that delivered the furniture were not very personable. Like it was too much trouble to bring it into the house. When we unpacked the furniture the center leg was longer than the rest causing it to rock. So we had to trim the leg even with the other legs

Quality furniture at reasonable prices. Should last a long time.

Very nice product, well packaged and timely shipped. quality throughoutand easyily assembled and installed.

Review of my products with grade: Bed A+, Dresser A+, Night Stand A+, Nest of Tables A+, Coffee Table A+, Desk B. The reason for the desk grade is it had a gash that was blended out smooth, but the piece of wood should have been discarded by Quality Control. Customer Service A++: I had problems with the delivery, but Sheldon was amazing. They even gave me compensation for the mishap. Overall, a better than average shopping experience.

Today I received my lovely furniture..2 end tables and a buffet. The delivery men were courteous anf efficient. Removing all the debris and positioning the furniture for me. Sheldon was wonderful. He answered all my questions and 2 days before delivery helped me change to white glove service as my husband is ill. I will recommend Oak Furniture land USA to my friends.

Received my new computer desk but the back panel had loose boards. Could be attributed to the shipping. In any event, reached out to customer service and they were incredibly responsive. We reached a satisfactory resolution. Shout out to Sheldon who helped me. Nice to see a company which strives for customer satisfaction.
