Our desk is gorgeous! This addition to our home office is very well made with a beautiful two tone finish. Nothing cheap or flimsy, it is a solid, all wood piece that is both stylish and functional. Love this desk, such a notch above other online furniture choices and for the price we paid an excellent value too.

The ordering experience was quite alright. The price is fair, and the wood is solid. Friendly customer service. The construction is pretty good, although the drawers for the dresser and night stand I purchased could have been constructed with a better system instead of just sliding in and out on wood rails. The bed frame is normal size for the full bed, but the dresser and night stand are very small. I know the dimensions are on the website, but I just assumed they would be of average size. They are not. Very small. Make sure you check dimensions before purchase.

I would absolutely recommend OAK FURNITURELAND to anyone who is looking for QUALITY at a reasonable price.

Our experience with Oak Furnitureland was just wonderful -- the sales representative we dealt with, after looking at a photo of our room, had an excellent suggestion about what would work for us although it wasn't what we though we were looking for. He was right! The delivery was as promised for time and service, and the quality of the piece is superb. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the straps for anchoring our tall glass-front china cabinet are far too long. If the piece did fall that far, it would have broken everything inside and possibly the glass fronts as well. We don't dare put anything in it until we have figured out a better way of anchoring it.

Love the product but deliverey was unexpectedly. It was explained that I the item would need to be signed for and would be carried in and brought to the room of choice. Non of whiched happened. I was never notified of delivery, it was left on the back porch - that is never used. We don’t even know how long it was sitting out there - just happened to see it one day by chance when my mom opened the door for fresh air. My mom is 95 and can’t bring it in. Also it had rain for a couple days prior to her seeing it. The boxes where soaked.
Not a good experience - never will order from your company again because of commicstiom and delivery issues.

I am very happy with the unit, both appearance and quality. I searched a number of different sites before making my choice.
At checkout, I was surprised by the $99 fee based on my zip code. I was sure that I saw “free shipping” somewhere. I was tired of looking and went forward. Nuts.

The quality of the product and service was consistent with the price paid. I was very pleased overall with the experience.

I would never order furniture from them again. I’ve had two deliveries from them. First one went very smoothly. The second was a nightmare. I talked to so many representatives from this store and became more and more frustrated each time they promised to deliver the tables. I must have spoken to eight different representatives trying to straighten out this mess. Each time promised it would be there within a week. Didn’t happen! Finally I contacted my credit card company to stop payment. It was then that the furniture finally arrived within days. When it arrived it was dropped on my porch and the condition of the boxes it was in looked like it went around the world and back. The box was all smashed and torn apart. It’s too bad, because I like the product not the service I received. For that reason I would never order from them again.

The furniture is terrific and it was delivered quickly without any scratches or dents.

However, on the box it states that the furniture can only be returned if the box it came in is in its original condition. As a practical matter it is virtually impossible to remove the furniture from the box without cutting up the box from the outside. It is packed very tightly, which makes it extremely difficult to remove without affecting the condition of the container. This seems to ensure that defective furniture cannot be returned, unless of course if I pay for the truckers to remove the furniture from the container.

We absolutely love the sideboard we ordered and received. It is much prettier . I was reluctant to purchase a piece of furniture without seeing it in person. Very well made as well. Extremely happy with our purchase of the Country Cottage Sideboard.

My only complaint was the gentlemen brought the piece in the house and did not open up the box. They started to leave and I mentioned I wanted to check and make sure it was okay. They said sure, opened the box and would not take the packaging with them.
They were very nice . I just wished they could have taken the packaging

Happy with the dining sideboard. Great quality for the price. Waited a long time for delivery. Ordered on 1/26/19 and told it would arrive no later than 3/5/19. It was not delivered until 3/22/19.

This was my first experience with Oak Furnitureland and I was very impressed. Great showroom very conveniently located in Burlington, MA, high quality and stylish hardwood furnishings, great customer service, all at a reasonable price with fast free delivery.

We waited a quite time but when we received it we were very happy with the quality. Love the cabinet!

Second time purchasing from Oak Furnitureland and can assure that they manufacture a quality product at a price commensurate with the item(s) received. Product delivered within a reasonable time frame. It is probable I will be doing business with them in the future, as need arises.

We ordered a large mirror 44x24, and it arrive quickly and safely. Rather than hooks on the back, there were key slots. We elected not to use them and instead bought a z-bar to hang it. It would have been helpful to have some information or recommendation on how to hang the mirror.

The only issue is that the inside of the cabinet (storage) is properly sanded.

This is a great company. From start to finish, I can’t say enough about oak furnitureland. The delivery of my furniture was excellent. The delivery guys were very polite, respectful. I would and have recommended oak furniture land USA to everyone I know. Quality furniture at affordable price. Thank you.
