Complete Scam!

These guys are complete crooks. They are fast to take you money and will never deliver the gold or silver. Since I have been working with them their custodian Forge Trust dropped them, because they were not delivering the silver back to their vault. Michael Gavyn, Damien Moran, and Joseph Rickard are complete scammers. This is not their first scam. Look up review for Bright Future Financial LLC out of Florida. They stole peoples money to supposedly cancel student debt. Once they have your money they will be forever unavailable. Please don't fall for this scam. Nothing reputable about this company.

Horrible they stole my life saving funds
I was told by their representative Mr Michael Gavyn that my hard saving would be secure, but to my disbelief I found my saving with his precious metals coins value went from15,750 to 2,600 I was shocked to say the least he straight faced lied to me and my son when he assured us my saving was safe and would I have access to my funds anytime I need them well I have access to funds but the value is a drastically different there are no funds it's only $2,600 there.I got screwed I'm unhappy I'm upset do not do business with these people they are lying predators, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for returning my money for their coins that they sent me that are bogus I'm also have to contact a lawyer if they continue to avoid calling and refuse to answer emails this is a horrible company do not do business with them their unethical even Forge trust bank will not do business with them anymore and that's who they had me go through when they got my funds and they found out that these people are not genuine and they no longer will have dealings with them according to my holding representative with Forge Trust

I was curious about metals and was recommended by my sister in law, so I called them and all my questions were answered clearly and explained thoroughly. I placed an order, they contacted me throughout the whole process and gave me updates. I received my order fast.

I had been looking around for good deals on precious metals and heard about Oakhurst on the radio. I called and was fortunate enough to have Michael as my representative. Michael is very professional, patient, and helpful, as I am new to buying precious metals. The prices were very good and when I received my order everything looked good and there were no issues at all.

Got me metals after 6 days delivered to my house, they sent me a safe. Very fast and cooperative.

I purchased 750 Rose Crown Guinea and 201 atbs and had them in my IRA for about 3 years, I recently had them sent to my house so I could look at them and Okahurst provided me with a safe! They came faster then I was expecting, Thanks again.

01/30/2022 Arbitration and legal action in progress demanding the actual SILVER bullion purchased and or funds in June 2021. Oakhurst employees ignore all calls or promise return calls that never materialize. If I do reach a clerk representative – which occurs only by phone they continue deceit stating everyone is in a meeting they will call back. Look at the Oakhurst 5-star reviews within the last few months they ALL look FAKE within TRUSTPILOT!

01/17/2022 Silver never shipped, Called Oakhurst today 1045am PST Spoke to Greg Stevens he stated everyone is on a conference call they will call me back. I have never had a call back from OAKHURST METALS! I will be calling them back in 1 hour. If this is not resolved today I will be filing legal action.

12/29/2021 320pm spoke to Joseph Rickard he stated the 104 5oz units will be shipped by 01/10/2022 to correct this missing Silver. Hopefully he is not lying as he sounded very nervous on the phone after I was on hold for 1 hour, recorded discussion. Update to follow!

Per our discussion today 250pm you will be calling me on Thursday 12/16/2021 around 5pm for an update on the MISSING 1XXX of 5 oz units that do NOT match with Forge Trust. Also ensure that my email login is setup for the NEW and improved Private Client website. Sales Force Case# 0018XXXX or 0018XXXX you have all the PDF documents that show the missing silver and or funds. Keep in mind that every time I call into Oakhurst I get a different answer ( UNPROFESSIONAL ) with NO follow-up/call back. Every time I call the answer is website is not updated yet. What is the escalation process to get my account reconciled ASAP ?
