Extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us obtain the furniture we wanted. Great customer service and staff gave/give super customer service

I ordered a suite from them, they were very helpful, and most importantly I was able to contact the manager directly to alter my delivery date. The suite was delivered as arranged, I was contacted to make sure I was available, and the delivery team were efficient and helpful. A pleasant change from companies who don't care about customers once they have an order.

Ordered a sofa on 3 September. Delivery date confirmed by text. Delivery time confirmed by text. On the day of delivery, text received to say delivery will not take place and they will reschedule. When we go online to check it says items are not yet ready to be shipped. We rang to speak to someone, we are told different, and were advised that the delivery truck had broken down. They cannot now provide a new delivery date for 10 days. We have taken time off work, got rid of our old sofa, and customer services were not prepared to make any concessions to help us out. No offers made to compensate for their error or delay. They clearly do not care and made this clear during the call, simply sticking to a script to say they cannot provide a sooner delivery date and they have no contingency for situations such as this - other than to offer the next available date. We have also been told that the new delivery date cannot be guaranteed. We would have hoped for a little more and some support from the company, particularly with two small children at home.

Please have a re think Oak Furniture Land. Your service is poor.

Furniture includes 3 piece suite display cabinet and units all ordered on the 24th January 2022 they have deferred delivery for the 3rd time to the 9th August 2022 we have only two sun lounger to sit on it's an absolute disgrace and they still say they have a sale on, what a joke! Go elsewhere! Shame I can't give a 0 rating.

Last week, I had a three piece sofa and two piece sofa delivered by two delivery personnel who were very professional, respectful and careful in the handling of the furniture. They unpacked, made sure the furniture was unmarked and all mechanism worked, plus clearing up the boxes to take away. I paid for this service, but, Alex and Scott added another dimension to this service. They are a credit to your Company and certainly excellent representatives on the delivery of your merchandise.
