A charity offering mental health services in the Guildford area, aiming to make Life Work with Mental Illness. Social enterprises, including bespoke upholstery services and gardening are offered to help support and train hundreds of individuals to live well with a mental illness. Mental Health First Aid training for adults and youth delivered by accredited trainers and IT courses are also available. All income generated from services and training provided to the public are reinvested back into the charity.

MHFA youth
Having recently completed a MHFA youth course, I was so impressed with the level and quality of the training. It was an informative and challenging course that has made me feel like I have a much better understanding of mental health and how to support those who are suffering with poor mental health.
It was excellently delivered and structured well.

Outstanding Youth MHFA 2 day training
I recently completed the 2 day Mental Health First Aid course which was delivered superbly by Kelvin. The content was spot on and I really do think it should be mandatory for anyone working within a public service/ education/ people focused setting.
I would thoroughly recommend it if you are looking to establish an understanding of the mental health issues many young people are facing and how best to support them through their experiences.

MHFA Training
I took part in the MHFA training, which was arranged through Oakleaf - it was two days very well spent.
I would highly recommend doing this training as it really does open your eyes to how very important Mental Health is. I now have a greater understanding of how to deal with certain situations within the subject.
Jen was super informative, updating me with everything I needed to know via email.

Mental Health First Aid Training
I recently attended a Mental Health First Aid training course through my workplace, which was organised by Oakleaf. The training was really useful and interesting, so I would recommend it to anyone! And Jen from Oakleaf was on hand to answer any questions over email and provide all the information we needed to complete the training. Overall I would definitely recommend doing this training through Oakleaf if you're considering it, it's really worthwhile.
