Don’t use.
I booked this insurance a day in to my trip when I realised I was no longer covered on my annual policy with my previous insurer.
My husband has taken very ill whilst away, I called oasis to be told that my policy is not valid becuase I bought it after leaving the uk. Nowhere did it mention this when I was purchasing the policy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we're sorry to learn of your husband being taken ill whilst away.
As part of the purchase journey we ask that customer's ensure they have read and understood the terms and conditions of the policy, by way of the Policy Wording and Insurance Product Information Document (IPID) which is shown prior to purchase. A requirement is for customers to tick a box to confirm they have read and understood these documents, and subsequently happy to continue purchasing.
On page 4 of the Policy Wording, there is a section regarding "Purchasing after your trip has started", where it states 'customers can purchase a policy up to the point you board your transportation for your international departure'. Unlike other brands within the market, we aim to enable customers the ability to purchase right up until the point of departure, therefore leaving it as late as possible for the maximum purchase time.
We're sorry on this occasion the policy was purchased after leaving the UK.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, I asked not to renew and the company tried to renew and took several hunded pounds from my account which has not yet been refunded after I complained.
((And why is it that, shortly after I posted this review, you were able to post the detailed response below...yet you did not process my refund which might have actually helped? Looks like you are more concerned with defending the indefensible than providing actual customer service.))

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we're sorry to learn you did not want to renew your policy.
We can see your policy was originally opted in to auto renewal, which would of happened at the time of purchase. At Oasis, we cannot change a customer's preference and this is something completed as part of the purchase journey, while there would of also been a series of invites sent to you in the build up to renewing your policy with the opportunity to opt out.
Looking in to your policy, it renewed on the 9th October 26, and I can see the refund was processed in full by our team on the same day, of which we're confident this was processed as efficiently as possible by the team.
