Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we're sorry to learn you had not requested a renewal.
Looking at your original policy (OIM-MSM135739), this was opted in to auto-renewals and I can see a series of renewal invites were sent in advance of your payment taken. I can also see we have discounted your renewal policy by 15%, while also saving £98.47 on your price this year compared to last year, therefore we are doing our best to offer the best price possible to our customers.
