Not worth it - Claim No 899424
We had a burglary at the house we were staying, took a bracelet, cash and some clothes. Made a claim £570 in total. Jewellery, cash & clothes all classed as different types of items so therefore £150 excess for each. Might get £150 just for the bracelet (£300 maximum per item!!) - Claim No 899424
Will not be renewing

It is our understanding all claims are assessed in line with the policy terms and conditions, however as your review as come through as 'organic', there is no identifiable information attached to this review.
Please could you therefore update this review with a claim reference number or policy number so we can look in to this in more detail?
