Sabha Shaikh basically sold close friends of ours a property that was way way higher than originally agreed and then tried to make out she was doing them a favour because demand was so high. Then when they decided to sell it, she said she made no promises at all and made very little contact and made no attempt to help. I have seen the text message exchanges between them - if there was a prize for dishonesty she would win it. Property is simply too pricey for where it is - she conned them for her two cents of kickbacks from Ginco. This kind of earning is unethical and haraam sister. You are answerable to god. Terrible lady, liar and basically scammer for totally fabricating the market position and the status of the development. AVOID.

Completely dishonest and unreliable . My experience with the OBG brokers have been really bad . I think can’t trust them at all . I could have got a better deal but thanks to their dishonesty I still spent a bit more on an apartment purchase than what the current market value was . Both Kajal & Farhan never gave us a complete picture of the property - e.g. how this project was grounded and restarted under different name , high floor options , per sqft valuation , payment options and a lot more basic information you expect from a property agent / broker . The after sale follow ups are truly annoying and frustrating as well . They promised me a 5% cash back sort of offer and then switched back on their words . I would never recommend them to anyone . Honesty and transparency are crucial for an agent and they are miles away from
It . Pls don’t sign up any properties thru them . Even for the golden visa application processing they again tried to milk more $$$ from me , I just booted them away and got it done thru another reliable agency . Hopeless , dishonest and unreliable

I look after a small company in Norfolk. We’ve just had a horrific experience and needed to make a claim right when our renewal was due. To compound the issue our insurer is leaving the market. I cannot thank Cathy, Claire and the team enough for the time and effort they have put in to sort the claims, find another insurer and even get me competitive terms. You only know how good your insurance is when you need to claim, I’ve found mine are brilliant, thank you!

Hard to deal with part time assistants, demanding extra unnecessary paperwork on specialist insurance costing me more money and time. Skyrocketing renewal punishments if you stay too, great touch. Excellent job, cheers Louise. Brilliant really.
And yes I am a unsatisfied and unhappy existing customer. Don’t even think about questioning that and removing the review. Many areas to improve when you are charging this much. Good luck

This company has amalgamated to become bigger but not necessarily better - in fact for the worst. They give the impression of being professional but they are extremely unreliable and let you down badly. Arvin became very personal and unprofessional, making inappropriate comments. The managing agent (Martin who no longer works for them) couldn't even manage the apartment properly, and Romaal - well what can I say - she draws you in and gets your trust but when I really needed help she just ignored me.
Why all these agents were bad in one way or the other - because they are just driven to achieve their commission and target. They forget about their clients.
Just research carefully before you commit to an agent in Dubai especially if living abroad.
