Booked a hotel
Editing my review after I got my money back.
Made a booking for a hotel, obilet took my money from card, and I didn’t get any booking confirmation. They said that I didn’t pay and they didn’t get my money. Spend a half of a day, and today I got my money back, but lost this booking, and as a result weekend will not go as planned.
Support wasn’t great. Didn’t really try to help.
Wouldn’t recommend to book a hotel through them, but for bus tickets is ok.

Mi-au placut calatoriile cu compania RVG datorita unui raport adecvat calitate/pret. Calatoriile sunt linistite si confortabile, iar soferii sunt receptivi si punctuali. Deasemenea, au un grafic orar potrivit pentru mine.
