I ordered a snowboard with shipping abroad (to Poland). The package was well-packaged. It arrived within 3 business days. And the prices are very attractive. I highly recommend them.

Auf der Website war zu einem meiner bestellten Artikel ein falsches Bild hinterlegt, die Mitarbeiter haben sich dazu direkt bei mir gemeldet und mir ein echtes Foto von dem Artikel geschickt. Zusätzlich waren der Sendung noch ein paar goodies (Poster, Aufkleber, Werbeshirt) beigelegt. Top Kundenservice! Ich bin hochzufrieden und kann den Shop nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Very fast shipping. When there was a small problem with the snowboard (not their fault), they contacted me within hours and made sure to help me as fast as they could. Super professional and the problem was solved that same morning. Phone and email contact were professional. When I'm buying more I'm sure to buy here again! 100% recommend.

Honestly, I don't review things every day. But these guys are next level. I was looking for a new splitboard set up and I found them on Google. I usually buy stuff on BlueTomato or PlanetSport but Obsession's inventory and prices are amazing. I ordered my full set up and things got serious. I placed my order at 11:50 and I went for a lunch. When I came back at 13:00 my order was already shipped. I got my stuff in just 2 days! They also sent me a free T-shirt and tons of stickers :) Hands down Obsession is the best shop around.
