DO NOT BUY this company is a total scam product received was not working properly despite sending videos and hundreds of emails failed to allow me to return despite website and Law allowing this within 14 days even if it was working properly now not accepting emails

Do not order from this Company. Biggest con in the world. Chinese woman will rip you off.
I ordered an office chair, then read the reviews , cancelled the order within ten minutes. she said she had cancelled the order. But two days later the money went out of my bank account £159. I sent several emails asking for a refund, she said it was all in hand. I checked my account and only £109 had been refunded. I sent several emails asking for a full refund, she came back and said the £50 was a cancellation fee . I complained to my bank Scams, fraud unit, they took in hand and after 5 weeks they finally got the £50 refunded.

AVOID! If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a gaming chair with this scam of a company. After receiving my order confirmation, I knew something was not right. Firstly, they claim to be a UK based company, however when receiving confirmation there was Chinese writing within my email, which raised alarm bells. After a week with no correspondence, I decided to look into their website. Their website is poorly written and after checking reviews, I knew I made a vital error ordering with them. I decided to email and cancel my order, as anticipated the famous Lily responded. I was told twice that my item had been dispatched therefore I cannot have a refund! After demanding on three separate emails proof of this and my tracking number, I then got told my item I ordered was out of stock and they were waiting for a supply, I was offered a different choice in colour. After confirming they had lied to me, I requested a full refund into my account, which they avoided doing, until I threatened them with legal action. Lily’s responses were vague stating ‘we will refund you’ with the usual it’s a pleasure to serve you! After chasing my refund 3 days later to confirm they have processed it, I then noticed the refund miraculously was in my account, however was not the amount I paid. I then emailed them again questioning why the whole amount was not refunded. They responded advising that there is a 15% cancellation fee?! Baring in mind there is no such thing on there returns policy, only shipping charges, which in itself is ridiculous! I had evidence that… 1. they did not ship my item and 2. that the item I ordered was out of stock. I have disputed this charge with them by email, however they have responded twice nice with the same response and highlighted it in bold, which is appalling!! No explanation or response to my complaint regarding this. I have had no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card company for the remaining balance. So please… if you are thinking of purchasing from this company, please don’t!!! I personally think they do this on purpose and profit on there unrealistic and unreasonable penalty charges. They lie to customers and by other reviews I’ve read, send broken items with no returns address… don’t be fooled and order somewhere else that is legit and legal!

I saw the gaming chair on offer with 'independently' reviewed high scores, so I took the plunge and ordered one. Soon after I read some awful reviews about Ocanvas and was freaked out. So tired to cancel order (no can do), tried to cancel with the bank (no can do), so I decided to wait and see. Chair arrived within a week and I was dreading opening it. I was waiting to find something shocking that would require me to start the whole returns fiasco. However, the chair was easy to set up, all packaged well and to be honest I am quite happy with it. Could I have got it cheaper elsewhere? Maybe? Could I be bothered to research the web to find an additional £20 off? No. So just wanted to put it out there. I don't know if manufacturing has changed or I just struck lucky, however, I am one of what appears to be very few customers who is happy with the Ocanvas gaming chair.

Even less then 1 should be zero..I couldn't return the dehumidifier because after 1000 of emails with I wrote and answers for this company was a scam( computer is doing the emails not a real person). In 1001 email they told me that I have to return this item to China!!! For my cost and they will charge 15% of the original price for fee!!!! This company is a one big scam. So if I want return they can return only few % of the original coat!!!!Some should do something with this!!!!

They are scammers, don't buy anything from them. I bought a dehumidifier from this company. I paid for the product. After that no proper communication from the company regarding the delivery. After few days without any notification my product got delivered. I received a faulty broken product. No company name on the product. Just a Chinese scrap. I contacted the company to return the product. No contact number. Only communication through the email. Lily the sales director not letting me to return the product. In total this company is a scammer.

"Ocanvas" is the latest 're-brand' of a scam product (previously sold as 'Overly' or 'Covatar' or 'DryEase' or 'Raveno' or Dewett) that was exposed by BBC journalist Polly Weston back in March 2024. These products always come up on a fake reviews site called 'top3-reviews.org'
The people behind this fake product just keep re-naming it and 're-launching' it to new sets of unsuspecting honest buyers. Check out Polly Weston's broadcast "Dehumidified"(March 2024) on this and hope that you bought the product with a credit card, so you can get your money back from the card provider - under consumer law ...

Stay away from this company. I ordered an office chair and realised within an hour that this website doesn't seem legit. I requested a cancellation of the order but was told that it had already shipped. Over the next two weeks I asked for shipping details, which were never provided. Over two weeks after placing the order I cancelled it. I was quite surprised to receive some of my money back. They kept 15% as a cancellation fee. I challenged this as I never received any updates on the shipping which didn't seem very trustworthy. I very much doubt that my order was ever actioned, never mind passed on to a transport company. In addition, all emails are answered by 'Lily' and just seem computerised. It seems that the same standard emails go to all customers.

AVOID. A China based company that has no regard for the Consumer Rights Act. I bought the gaming chair, apparently on sale with a countdown shown on the website depicting when the 'sale' ends. When the counter reaches zero, it simply starts again. There is no sale. They use this tactic, which is illegal, on multiple products on their website.

The gaming chair supplied was different to that shown on the website. The one supplied is available from Amazon for precisely half the price. They don't show the product accurately, otherwise you'd simply buy it for 50% less elsewhere.

On discovering this, so began a very lengthy exchange of emails (50+) seeking to return the chair on the basis it was not as described. The Consumer Rights Act states the costs associated with returns in such circumstances must be covered by the supplier.

But Ocanvas don't care about such details. They stated the product had to be returned to China, at my cost, despite the fact it was delivered from a warehouse in Manchester!

After a lengthy exchange of emails, I called their bluff and said I'd cover the cost, they just needed to supply the return address. They refused to do this as well. So if you buy a product that is delivered damaged or breaks, you'd never be able to return it or get your money back.

Their solution was to offer a 3% refund. This was incrementally increased in each email we exchanged, until it reached 15%, when they said they would not refund anything more, despite me paying 50% more for the inaccurately described chair than I would have done had I been aware that was what they were selling. In the end, I cut my losses and took the 15%.

As you'll see from other reviews, my experience is not unique, with others describing their emails from the elusive "Lily".

I've reported the company to the ASA, who are investigating but acknowledge they are very limited in being able to take action against any company that appears to be UK based, but is actually trading from China.

In summary, do yourself a favour and buy your product from a reputable, UK based company, who are within the reach of UK legislation when things go wrong. As I found, it'll probably be cheaper as well.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT buy anything from these people. Undoubtedly a scam, selling at best uber-cheap and nasty China goods -- and not deserving of even one star.
Somehow they managed to jump the authentic Which? website, and insert themselves as a "recommended" product.
When I tried to cancel the order--with an hour of making it--they responded that the item "had already been dispatched", that they would take a 15 percent "re-stocking" fee and that I would have to pay for the shipping return!
Received a standard sharp practice response from a so-called Customer Service Advisor named "Lily".
Leave Oscammers well and truly alone.

I ordered an office chair from ocanvas.co.uk and what arrived was a disgrace – broken in several places straight out of the box, clearly cheap, poor-quality manufacturing.

I immediately contacted the company and since then all I’ve had back are hollow auto-responses like “We’ll be in touch” in slightly different wording. Weeks later, no replacement, no refund, no genuine communication, nothing.

This is not a trustworthy business. They take your money, send you faulty goods, and then hide behind copy-and-paste messages instead of resolving the issue.

From my experience, ocanvas.co.uk is a scam operation designed to fob off customers while pocketing their cash.

Do yourself a favour – save your money, save your time, and buy elsewhere. I wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I ordered a 3 in 1 Spot cleaner and Carpet Cleaner. I paid £169.00 as when I went on-line to compare the best ones a website came up saying this bloke had tested loads and this one was by far the best! (Obs part of the scam) So I went on OCANVAS UK and ordered this amazing machine! When it came it was a completely different brand as advertised (Winning Star) not OCANVAS and it was made in China - with a two pronged plug!! I looked up the product and it sells for around £30.00!!! They also put multiple payments on the order but luckily I changed my card so they can’t take any more money from my account! I emailed them to explain all this and the famous ‘Lily’ asked me whether it was faulty and that I need to send photos which I did as I haven’t used it but heard nothing!! LESSON LEARNED! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY!’

Avido this company at all cost I only knew something was wrong when I payed for orbital sander £79.00 and I saw the Chinese writing at the bottom of the email also the time difference.

I straight away tried to cancel the purchase with 4 emails first one saying it was already shipped ( that was quick matters of about 5 minutes) I still haven't received it so another email to Lilly but she calls it a letter? . Now I'm on my 6 email with the same response I think they copy and paste the answers.
Explain again i want a refund but knew this was going to be impossible now just waiting for delivery which lilly said three to five days.
I dreading what crap I'm going to get if it comes at all. I shall be ringing my bank and explaining the situation. This so called company like many others that are doing the some thing are scammers. Always check as the .co.uk does throw you off as if its a legitimate company based in the UK and i said that to them because I have no intentions of sending it back as this is second time this has happened to me with company calling themselves Jones the shoes makers...MY OWN FAULT!!!!

An absolutely farce of a company. Firstly - DO look at all the names of the customers who've posted 5 and 4 star reviews!!!! Oralee Minta / Laviskn Sloask / Omotos Cynara ( my favourite! ) and the rest ...Hilarious!! I'll leave that with you to mull over ....As for us - we've spent hours trying to contact them via e mail to get a refund as never received the goods. IF you paid using a credit card - ring your CC company, explain the problem and they will refund your payment - you have to jump through a few hoops but absolutely worth it. Not only are this company scammers, they also use Evri as a delivery service. Evri are also appalling. They say they delivered to us - they didn't. And you can't speak to them either! The bank was superb however! Trustpilot is a life saver - wish we'd looked at reviews before we spent our hard earned dosh. Lesson learnt!! Buyer BEWARE !

Found this security camera on a review site that gave a great review, subsequently got suspicious and requested cancellation within 24 hours.
"Lily" claimed it had already been dispatched, this was a lie as I checked the order status.
Contacted again, no reply.
Then found 2 suspicious repeating direct debits on my account which I have cancelled. Trying too get my bank to block payment as it was ordered over the weekend.***** SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!****

Every time I set the laser level down, I had to wait a few seconds for it to level, which was a little inconvenient.

I concur with the one star reviews. This company is impossible to deal with about 10 emails back-and-forth. No return details. It’s a cheap copy and will not stand site Use tried to cancel my order within 24 hours of placing it for it to be refused at present I’m standing at an offer of 3% refund which I have refused. I ordered the level because it came top on a review site. I think the company probably own the review site. Please do not do business with them. It will not end well.

I can complete a task in 20 minutes with this laser level that would've taken me over an hour using a bubble level. It was worth every penny!
