I have had my hydrogen bottle for 18…
I have had my hydrogen bottle for 18 months and use it every day. On days that I was without it, I could tell a difference in my overall energy and wellbeing. I had a mechanical issue (my fault) and the company was very helpful and quick to replace the part that I messed up.
I also used the testing drops to measure the hydrogen in my Ocemida bottle compared to a friends hydrogen bottle (different brand). The Ocemida bottle tested high in hydrogen while my friend's bottle barely tested any hydrogen.

Based on the photos you sent, the melted port appears to be the result of using a computer data cable instead of the charging cable provided. Data cables are not designed for charging and can cause short circuits or other issues. Always use the cable and charger provided by the manufacturer. We’ve sent you a replacement unit - please use it as intended.

After a lengthy online I chose Ocemida
After a lengthy online I chose Ocemida. It was a great decision. I did have an issue with my bottle and they had me send it back and quickly returned it in full working order.
I use the bottle multiple times each day. I find I actually drink more water daily than before.
The product is great and the service awesome.

Best H2 water bottle currently on the market
My 1st bottle had a leak. I called Ocemida immediately and told them about my problem. They sent me a "return lable" and told me to just send the Base that was leaking. And keep the other parts for future use as backups. Once I shipped it off. I got a replacement the next day.

Bottle has been working flawlessly for around a year so far. I mostly used it while plugged in so don't have much to say about the battery. Doesn't change taste of water. All good.

I was diagnosed with severe stage 3b…
I was diagnosed with severe stage 3b kidney failure and physician was scheduling an injection schedule. I heard about the benefits of hydrogen water, and chose Ocemida after days of research/comparisons. Shipping was great, used it faithfully for 2 weeks, new labs were ordered and when I had follow-up with my Doctor, she was astounded that my kidneys had improved significantly! Hydrogenated water is my new regimen!

Excellent Product @ Great Price
I did a lot of research on hydrogen water bottles before the decision to buy from Ocemida, and I'm happy with my choice.
I've been using the Ocemida hydrogen generator for several months now. The bottle works well, yields a high concentration of H3, and was more cost effective than other options.
If you are looking for a hydrogen water source, I recommend without reservation!
