Wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order for a puffer jacket 🤦🏾‍♂️. They claimed it was in preproduction and then said it was on the way. 2 months later, no item. No replies on email or Instagram. Their website no longer exists. Absolute scammers, and utterly deplorable excuses for human beings

Ordered an Octagon Puffer Jacket 2 months ago; never received it. They don't answer to any emails; neither from the contact form on the website nor instagram. their instagram comment section is disabled, for a good reason I guess. I got conflicting messages from them about the delivery date and shipping adress, nothing makes sense. It's a total SCAM; DON'T ORDER HERE

I Ordered a pufferjacket in november 2024..its now october 2025 and i never received my order. €110 wasted

It’s a scam! I’ve never received my order, support has never replied, website is gone! 90€ gone..

Ho ordinato a dicembre 2024, oggi settembre 2025, non mi è arrivato il giubotto che avevo pagato circa 80 euro, alle mail non rispondono più, probabilmente hanno cancellato l'account.
Assolutamente non comprate e segnalate questi truffatori.

Never received my order and the never reply to my email. Total fraud stay away

Absolute scam. Bought a puffer a month ago because of it’s interesting design. Planned to give it as a present for my mum. Ended up being told that the parcel is on it’s way, while 0 tracking updates were given, only a tracking code. I emailed them, asking for some updates on my parcel, and some “Maria” responded that the parcel is on it’s way. Basically it’s a casual online fraud, PLEASE DO NOT buy anything from them, you will never receive your orders.

My experience has been the same as everyone else. It's been 2 months with no tracking updates despite reassurances that my order is on its way. I have demanded refunds twice and they won't comply. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered a jacket from them on the 16th of December and more then a month later I still haven't received my order. They barely respond to emails and when they do they lie and say the order is departed but there's no tracking information. Still waiting for a reply to get my money back. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered an octagon puffer, because I loved the design, but i never got it. They claim to deliver within 2 weeks. I waited for a Month before I contacted the support. I had their site with the support chat opened for a couple of hours and no one replied. The day after I recieved an Email, that they are sorry and that they assure my order is on it's way. I fortunately paid with PayPal, so I opened an issue and added all the screenshots. PayPal refunded me the money and charged it back from Octagon. After that I recieved an Email by a shady Email adress (Something like backend@*random_number*brevosend.com) asking me why I opened a chargeback. I tried to answer, but it wasn't possible to send an Email to that adress. So that was my experience with this site. Pity beacuase the jacket looks so nice..

I would put a 0 star but i cant. My mom tried to order me some clothes for xmas. i think she ordered them on 17 of december and it still has not been shipped and today is 14.1.2025. They are not helpful at all. it is hard to get in touch. NEVER and i mean NEVER even consider ordering from them we lost 150€ and that is a lot of money. and it doesnt seem like we are getting the refund like we asked. and the customer assistance is horrible. I emailed them from another email than my order and did not give them the order number and they said my package was on its way and they apologized for how long it has been but how would they know where my package is when i didnt provide the order number and used a different email.

The worst experience ever, ordered from then in October. Mid November I kept emailing them as my order has been past the shipping time and the tracking wasn't updated at all, it was processing. They kept telling me it was processed but it wasn't. Then they were ignoring my emails until I got my bank involved, they quickly came back after I threatened to report them and they gave me my money. Took me over 3 months to get it back. Horrible customer services, terrible place - will never go back. Stay away - they will scam you!

Scam havent recieved my order after 2 months and they deleted my tracking info and wont respond to my mails

It’s a scam. I’ve ordered my item more than a month ago and my item still hasn’t arrived yet, even I can’t track my item at all. I contacted my bank and soon I am gonna get my money back

I ordered my package a moth ago and it still didn't come till this day. There is no shipping information. There is barely any communication with the company, they are just thanking my for my patience and doing nothing. They don't want to issue a refund. Even though they don't even know where the package is and when will it come. Save your money and don't order.
