I'm happy with Odd Bunch, been buying mixed boxes for a few months now, and I am getting really good value. I like the mix of vegetables that I received, and the fact that I can exchange one product per box for free. The quality has been reliably good, only rarely have there been issues with a product. I like that I am discovering new produce that I wouldn't have bought normally and am enjoying eating more fresh produce regularly. This is a great way to eat more healthy and the price is right.

Really good service and delievery here is always on time. Great combination of products inside that are easy to include in weekly menu.
And I really like the opportunity to support local farmers while having the discount.
Almost all products inside are absolutely perfect and really tasty, but in one box out of 4 that already came to me I had 1 partly rotten pear - it was not super nice. That's why only 4 stars out of 5 possible.
But I really like this idea and service so continue buying for sure.

Produce comes at a really random assortment, with no option to pick your preferences. Some came spoiled, or damaged. The worst part of it is that in delivery, produce is randomly thrown in a cardboard box. There’s no packaging at all, some of my vegetables like cucumbers and carrots were broken apart, likely from handling. Delivery instructions are often completely ignored. I opened a box to rotten fruit and mouldy produce…
Not everything you get is edible or nice to eat either. A lot of the produce has a bitter taste, weird smell, or is over-ripe. Overall, there’s no quality control and customer service was also a disappointment. Please save yourself the time and just go to your local grocer, farmer’s markets or find other alternative avenues to give back to similar causes.

This is a very easy company to deal with. You can order boxes as needed or have a subscription. But even when subscribing you can vary what is coming, change the size of your order, skip a week, etc. It's all easily done.
The food is delicious. Some is ready to eat and some needs to continue ripening for a day or two, which adds to the convenience. There's often a surprise item. Recently I got three little taro roots! For a Canadian that's very exotic. Always a fresh herb. yum and often little avocados that are perfectly ripe.
And it really is cheaper, even on the west coast, where we grow veggies all year round. I feel good about this company.

Love being able to save produce that would go to waste, deliveries are very reliable, and getting vegetables and fruits delivered reduces the amount of extra groceries I buy and gets me to pay more attention to eating these items. I am also excited to see what I'm getting each week as it challenges me to change up my recipes. Highly recommend this service.

We are eating healthier thanks to odd bunch. No need to decide which veggies to buy. The produce is fresh and in excellent shape and we look forward to the weekly delivery.

Fruit and vegetables are fresh and great quality! Portions are a great size.

We count on our weekly boxes of veggies and fruit. We've tried new things and are cooking healthier. We have subscribed for over a year. A few times the boxes were disappointing, but a short note to odd bunch for a refund is easy.

Great program and enjoy receiving different fruits and vegetables that I wouldn’t normally buy for myself.

Very happy so far. I’ve discovered fruits and vegetables I’ve never seen before, and my eating habits are much healthier now. Totally recommend this.

A lot better prices than in store. I have used Oddbunch weekly for well over a year now. Usually there is a great variety, even having us try new produce we have never tried before. Some fruits have been the best fruits we have ever had, some not so much. Grapes for example, Oddbunch has THE BEST grapes our family has ever tried. I like the variation from week to week usually. I really like having that heavy load delivered to my door.

All of our fruit & veggies are fresh and delicious. We had a delivery issue once but they rectified it immediately. Great company to deal with and makes grocery shopping easier and we are eating healthier. Recommend!!

Saved a ton on groceries and had less overall shopping to do. Was great to save money and time! Food quality and quantity was fantastic as well, great value!

To be honest not everything comes perfect all the time, for example I put in a substitution for intolerances and the company acknowledged but the substitutions were not made, or another time with the upgraded small plus box we received moldy strawberries that quality control did not catch.
I have to say, even though these instances happened emails were sent and I received email responses back from the Odd Bunch team less then 24 hours later and they always corrected the issue or made things right.

I will copy and pasted my last email response at the end that I got from the team as I was not expecting them to be as proactive with my email however, it shows they do put their clients best interest first.
This is why I have not cancelled my subscription and continue use Odd Bunch as they do provide great service and a variety of produce that I enjoy that is not getting wasted due to the odd shape or size.
It is also was cheaper then if it you were to buy the same items in grocery stores.
Definitely do not hesitate to try them out!
