I was able to contact the representative on payment and shipping details. The replies were prompt and importantly, I received the items without issue.

Many set-backs during the ordering/paying process though. International wire transfers are challenging if you are new to them, plus I had to pay a $30 wire fee. Oddway didn’t give adequate instructions for the process. They also claim to give 24/7 customer support-this is untrue.

Despite the difficulties, communication was cordial and they didn’t give up on me despite my 5ish attempted transfers that wouldn’t go through.

I had a great experience with ordering medication for a friend through Oddway. The sales team was very prompt in replying to all my questions, and the medication arrived quickly after I placed my order with no issues.

Although reviews were mostly positive, I was a bit anxious at first because it's the first time I ordered meds from them. I just found the store online and it's like gambling the only remaining funds I had. But they were responsive which proved their excellent customer service. The meds for my brother arrived just in time he had only one tablet left.
