AJ, truly listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I start my inquiry and application, I was greeted with a warm voice on the phone and a welcoming atmosphere which I felt. AJ is knowledgeable in carrying out her duties and took time to listen to my questions and appreciated the thorough explanation of what needed to be done and why. AJ’s attention to detail was evident in the final results.
