This company is a complete fraud I ordered an item from this company on December 11, 2024 and did not receive the item and this company has not responded to phone calls or emails regarding my order

Absolutely scam site. Same as everyone else ordered LED board and have been charged 29 dollars a month for no reason. Avoid!

I ordered LED light boards for grandkids for Christmas.. paid for expedited shipping in November for five to seven business days. God tracking number but it never moved. Waited and waited and waited. Reached out to them multiple times. Then got a charge for $29.99 that I did not do. Said this was an ongoing monthly charge for their subscription that I had signed up for. Did not do this. Got it refunded. I was finally arrived in damaged boxes but nothing like pics and description shown. Much smaller than shown. Not worth the money. Trying to get my money back and return them and getting the runaround. Save your money. Do not go with them!!! They sell junk!!!

Scam company. I actually received the item I ordered (it was useless junk) but they have attempted to charge my credit card multiple times since the initial payment. Thankfully I keep my cc locked, but had to report as fraud, cancel the card and get a new one. Stay away!

Ordered a Christmas gift in November with. Receipt confirmation totaling $13.96. When the charge hit my credit card it showed $29.99. My attempted call to get the necessary refund now has me holding for 35 mins with no customer service answering. Clearly a fraud situation. Best to just dispute the whole charge and be done with it. Will never use again and wished I would have checked these reviews first.

Terrible company! I received an email for order confirmation and when it shipped. After that? Nothing!! SCAM COMPANY!!!

I wish I had seen these before I order. I haven't received and product yet. I guess I better shut my card down. 29.99 THEY GOT OUT OF ME. Why are they letting them advertise on there sites knowing it's a scam

This company is a fraud. I bought the LED drawing tablet or message board, what ever you want to call it. I even did a check on the company at the time I bought the item and there were no negative reviews. I see now there are many from people who tried to buy the same item.

This company is a complete SCAM!!! Iplaced an order for the deicer car defoggers. Placed order on Dec 9, 2024 abd today is Dec 23 and no oroducts. Tried 4 emails and 4 phone messages . Still no response. Also, my account has been debitted again. For $29,99?

After seeing these reviews, I know for sure it’s a scam. One of the reviews sounds exactly like my experience. Tracking number shows nothing thru 57tracking. My account was charged for 2 LED acrylic drawing tablets for my grandchildren for Christmas. It’s been since Dec 1, and nothing but bogus emails claiming they can see my order was shipped but I can’t. Final email I told them I’m reporting them to law enforcement and BBB.

Scam...I order the 3 LED screens never have received. And the shipping company 57track is a scam. 57track listed a tracking number but it doesn't exist. And now the order number with Jack and Jill doesn't exist.
The day after I order the card I used was hacked. Both place are set up to scam you!

I ordered some LED note boards for my granddaughters for Christmas on Dec. 4th, paid extra for shipping and got total screwed by this company. I was sent a bogus tracking number for 57 track, it shows absolutely nothing. I hope Tik tok can get a handle on these scammers using their tik tok name and Facebook can get a handle on letting them advertise on fb. When it comes to whoever own this scam, there’s a special place in hell for them.
UPDATE: the thieves hit my bank account again today, oh how I wish I could put these scammers in prison where they belong.

I don’t know why you’re charging me $29 I never order anything and I’m not a membership so get me out of a membership cancel me but I would like my money back or I’m just gonna tell my bank you did fraud cause I did never order anything from you

Total scam I wish I had seen these reviews before i ordered something never again.I never received my order and they went into my account a 2nd time and charged me double for something I never received I’ve been calling them, rings twice then the voicemail and I emailed them 5 times never heard anything back straight scam

If I could, I'd give ZERO stars!! Total scam and rip off. As with the other reviews.... my same experience. Ordered and got NOTHING. Called and phone number NOT IN SERVICE! Emailed and get robo response!! They charged me $23.95 for product order on 11/11/2024 and still have not received anything as of 12/12/2024. Tracking number shows NOTHING.... I have been called twice by my bank for fraud charges trying to come through my account for $29.95 since from jackandjill.....
Always check reviews prior to ordering anything off the internet!!!

Been over 2 weeks ordered thro tik tok shop and never received anything i spent 23.95 which was originally 19.99 mfer even charge me tax knowing they wasn’t sending me the product
Then afterwards they charge me 29.99 again and they never sent me anything and there is no way to contact anyone besides email. Also there is another thing the shipping and tracking is just a joke . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! For any reason you can’t just be sure to order using a pre paid card that they can not re charge

My account was immediately charged for the product, 3 weeks later I still have NO PRODUCT, NO ESTIMATE ON DELIVERY!!! WORST COMPANY EVER, RUN RUN RUN AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

Beware Scam!!! I purchased this cc cream foundation, two to be exact and they threw in a third one for free. This makeup did nothing it advertised. I am a black carmel complexion woman this make up made me look white as casper the ghost!! Also It took almost four weeks to receive my order. I was going to chalk it up as a loss until two months later they changed my bank card again for double the price I paid originally. I reached out to the company and the women said oh you must’ve signed up for a membership (which I didn’t) she gave me a link to check it out and when I put my info in it said I couldn’t be found ( yea because I never signed up) I then proceeded to email them back and I got a return email saying I was blocked from sending thwm an email. So I used another email and sent them a not so nice iMessage because at this point it’s theft. In the end I had to cancel my debit card and order new cards. Lesson learned if it looks too good to be true then it probably is.
