What is the point of ordering goods online with special offers when they are totally ignored when you pick up the goods. Had to have refund issued to get the online prices

I sincerely apologise that it was not as easy as it should have been to get the online price honoured in store. I am assured this is a was a one off for this particular store and again I apologise. Bought two office chairs online, both arrived with damage to one arm on each chair, it took 6 phone calls and two more deliveries to get them fixed, will look at other suppliers for future items

Speedy but not very secure delivery
Fast dispatch and good communication but the product was posted in totally unsealed retail packaging with a label stuck to it so anyone could have tampered with or stolen the goods in transit.

I found the website very easy to use, prices were very competitive. My items arrived in very fast time and were packed safely (good job as the journey had encountered a few knocks and dings to the outer packaging). I was pleased to find a larger range of cleaning products here (all at very good prices too). Look forward to shopping with you again soon.

Delivery was poor
The ordering online was fine, I didn't have any problem with that part.
The problem was with the delivery.
I arranged for 10 boxes of paper to be delivered to my office due to the weight of the items. My office is on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, there are 2 loading bays within 50 feet of the building.
The driver arrived on time bring the small packet of punch pockets in his hand to tell me my delivery had arrived.
When I asked him to put the boxes in the space I had cleared just inside the door he said 'well can I have some help'. I explained that I was the only person in the office (middle aged lady with bad back) and didn't he have a trolley, I also pointed out the lift. He response was that it was at the back of the van behind all the parcels and that he only had 2 minutes to make deliveries. At this point I did help him to bring the boxes in as it seemed the only way I was going to get them. Each boxed item contained 2 boxes of paper (10 reams) inside it making it double the recommended weight for carrying which just made matters worse.
The issues of delivery would certainly make me look elsewhere in future. The whole point of a company like office outlet is to be able to order in bulk.

Thank you for your feedback. I have fully investigated your case and raised it with the management team at DHL. The driver will be spoken to and the procedures for delivery reiterated to him . The standard for delivery is that they deliver to door, they will go up to the 3rd floor provided there is a lift . We do apologise for your experience and can assure you this is not the norm. With bulk orders we do send a separate vehicle and on occasion use another 3rd party courier.
