They did everything they said they were going to do.

My family felt we had the absolutely best service and care possible when my mum passed away recently. Everything from initially taking mum into their care, looking after her and us throughout the process, through to the ceremony, there wasn’t anything that we felt could have been improved on. The care, respect and professionalism shown by everyone involved was excellent. Thank you very much.

I lost Father mid October followed by my Mother two weeks later. O'Hara's were my parents chosen funeral directors. On contacting them my husband and I were met with such compassionate understanding and care. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us cope with all the practicalities sensitively and professionally. Every request was listened to carefully and every detail attended to. We felt we could have complete confidence in the arrangements they enabled us to make. On the day of my parents thanksgiving service they were so supportive. They enabled us to give my Mum and Dad the best thanksgiving we could have. Our whole experience of O'Hara's was all we could have desired. We so appreciated them being there for us at such a vulnerable time.

Oharas have been the consummate professionals, kind, helpful and organized / I don’t think they could have handled my mothers funeral any better and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

The service we received from every member of staff we had contact with , either in person or by phone was excellent. All queries were dealt with quickly & with care & compassion. Special thanks to Jon Rust who took care of all our arrangements- he made a very difficult time easier to deal with .

Charlotte and Karen made an extremely stressful time so much easier and were just so kind friendly and calming. Moreover we already had a funeral plan in place but with a Funeral Company that Nicholas O'Hara had taken over. Thankfully this was honoured and no extra hidden costs. Having never organised a Funeral before we were assured it would all come together and it did. They were always able and willing to answer any questions. As the saying goes: "nothing was too much trouble" and it never was and still isn't. We are still able to contact them about anything even after the funeral is over. A big Thank you to you both and I would definitely recommend them.

Nothing has been any trouble for her. As I live a few hours away from Dorset she very kindly found a specialist courier to bring his ashes to my home address.

From start to finish, Philip was very helpful in guiding us through arranging my mother's funeral. As, indeed, the team were nine years ago, when my father died. At that time, we were in one of the Wimborne florists, arranging the floral tribute, and when we asked them to send it to O'Hara's, the florist's comment was "They're the best!" We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic sensitive company

Very professional and kind funeral directors that allowed us to give our Mum a service personalised just as we wanted. Guided us through the process and gave good advice which took away some of the stress for us as a family. The silver hearse was splendid, attendants smart and respectful, and the funeral service was a fitting tribute to our Dad’s wife of 64 years. Special thanks to Philip, John, and Chris for making this possible.

This was the first time I've had to organise a funeral and the team at Nicholas O'Hara were absolutely fantastic. I lost my husband and Charlotte pulled together the most amazing send off for him. Nothing was ever too much for her and our family will always be so grateful. I highly recommend them.
