I have ordered from them In the past and they were good. I ordered on Monday 6th and it haven't received my shipping information and no one has reached out. I don’t know how to contact them other than email and they haven't responded In 2 days. I probably won't order again. I don't even know if I will get the wig.

Love my 18” glueless closure wig. The hair is really soft & easy to curl. Also the lace is HD & the lace was pre plucked & cut to perfection. Thank you so much 10/10 I definitely recommend.

I always purchase nice wigs or bundles over the past two years. I come back because the hair quality is good and no matter when they can reach out to you, they do. It’s better to contact them thru email. Some say they’re not the best but I can say they try to please the customer the best.

Worst company to order from! They will take your money, send no email confirmation and will tell you they are put of what you ordered!! Having a hard time getting my money returned. They have no phone number!!

I purchased a wig 8/8/2025. And it was marked delivered 8/15/2025. I notified customer service and they asked to take a picture of my front door so they could verify the picture that was taken. I did in return. I was answered back with so sorry 😢 dear we will follow up with the delivery company.

Then I followed up again 8/19/2025 and was told that they were still waiting for the delivery company to respond.

8/28/2025 I asked for the status and was told they were waiting for the deliver company to respond.

I also disputed with PayPal and they lied and told them that I was refunded and they never mentioned that the item was delivered to the wrong address.

So my dispute was denied.

This company refused to refund me and they take forever to respond.

This is my first glueless wig I got from ohmyprettywig the hair is everything. It’s so full, came pre plucked pre bleach and everything. I love it and I will be ordering again… ❤️

I purchased 2 wigs and had a horrible experience and no help or refund from customer service. I never wore the wig and tried to wash it before I wear it and it matted up. Not human hair. Synthetic hair. False advertisement. I wish I could attach pictures.

This company is an absolute SCAM. Let me tell you what happened.

I placed an order for a 20-inch kinky curly wig, which was clearly advertised as including free shipping, this was stated not only on their website but also in their emails. However, a day later, I received an email informing me that the shipper was requesting an additional $32 to proceed with delivery. This charge came out of nowhere, and I firmly refused to pay it because nowhere during checkout was it mentioned that I would have to pay extra shipping fees.

After I raised my concerns, I was left without any reply for over two days—no update, no clarification about my order status. When they finally responded, I reluctantly agreed to pay the unexpected shipping charges on the condition that I would receive my order within nine days maximum. They could not even confirm this, as they had already wasted too much time processing my order.

Still, I compromised again and agreed to a later delivery. Then, more than 24 hours after I paid, I was told the wig I ordered was now out of stock—almost a week after I had placed and paid for the order in full, including the shipping fees.

So now they want to replace it with an 18-inch wig instead of the 20-inch I paid for. Shorter. Cheaper. Not what I ordered. This is completely unacceptable. I requested either a 22-inch wig as compensation for their poor handling or a full refund. To this day, they have not made any decision and continue to go back and forth via email, wasting more of my time.

This is not just bad service—it’s shady, misleading, and dishonest. Oh My Pretty Wig is a SCAM. Stay far away.
