I’m writing this review to provide feedback on Manuela and how impressed I have been with my case.

When I first spoke with Manuela, I felt incredibly at ease - she was open and honest about what to expect and spoke to me like a human - not just another client. What really shone through our conversations was her knowledge, her honesty, her humanity and her passion for the work.

The way she advocated for me throughout the process was amazing. I truly felt safe, supported, and validated consistently. From the very beginning, it was abundantly clear I had someone in my corner who was incredible at what they do and knew my case well enough to truly advocate for me. For the first time navigating my case, I didn't feel alone.

I am honestly in awe, and cannot thank her enough for what she did for me. I have no idea what she currently earns, but I truly believe she deserves a pay rise. What a remarkable woman!

Quick resolution and effective communication made this essential step easy to understand and with little hassle.

Totally useless. I wish I could get a refund on the time I spent writing up an email explaining the data breach I'm experiencing and sending it to them. OH Parsons never even had the basic decency to reply to my email. Why have your email address on your website if you're not going to respond to emails?
I realise law firms can get busy at times, and I realise you're not able to take on all cases. So here's what you do: Take this stock text and take two seconds to paste it into an email reply --
'Dear ..., We're sorry to hear about your experience. However, we are unable to take on your case. We wish you well, OH Parsons.'
Turns out being a decent human being isn't all that time-consuming, is it now?
