OH Parsons were extremely professional in every way, Chris Lewis my solicitor was with me every step of my journey through my personal injury claim, His knowledge was excellent in every way. I would recommend this very professional polite team to everyone.

I am glad OH Parsons LLP took my case because in simple words: I was successful in spite all the odds it could fail.

I am impressed that even though I did not speak a perfect English, my lawyer made it possible to understand and present perfectly everything I related.

There were plenty of communications between us and I really felt that my case was dealt with great care, attention and professionalism and with knowledge of cause. And I am uttermost glad that my lawyer had spotted all the mistakes I was making and I was advised to avoid them.

I did not give 5 stars just because: there were change of lawyers, and this is one personal thing I do not like generally. And the other things, is because a couple of times the deadlines I was given were quite rushing to me due to my difficulty in writing and understand English perfectly and I need a good amount of time to make a good reply or explanation.

Overall, I am 95% delighted OH Parsons LLP have taken care of my claim and won my case!

Communication could be better as is very slow at times, this showed when it took just short of 5 years to settle the case. And my solicitor changed half way through which slowed the process more. But no complaints for my actual solicitor it really was just how long the process took.

Quick responses to emails and things explained well. Overall very happy with the service.,

Terrible service, gave all info 8 weeks ago which was hard to do due to the severity of my person injury. Chased and chased for a phone call back, then to have to go through it all again as someone didn’t click save on their system…. For the lady to say they can’t deal with my kind of personal injury!!!
