Great gift!
The pillow cases are SO soft and I love the inspirational messages on them! (I’d love to see even more options) They were a big hit as Christmas gifts. I only wish I had received each in their own box ( instead of doubling up) the box they come in is classy and the card inside make a perfect gift.

Thanks for the feedback! Normally they are shipped in individual gift boxes regardless of how many are ordered. We are in the process of training a new person and I think it got missed. I'm sorry about that! Merry Christmas!

Just pillow case arrived
I placed the order and got the confirmation. So far so good.
The text said, I get shipping information via Mail: never happened. Also just the pillowcase arrived but not the pillow itself, which was actually one of the reasons I ordered at this shop, because they offered that in a bundle.
I am not happy right now with my order..

I'm sorry you were expecting the pillow insert with your king size pillow case. We try to make it clear clear by putting "pillow case" twice in the title and adding an image that shows the unboxing.
We do offer a pillow insert but only for our 18x18" pillow case size since this is the one that is harder to get the right size. Most people that order the queen or king size use it on their existing bed pillows which are usually very personalized on preference.

I have several pillowcases and they’re great! The fabric is really soft and the design options are fun. They’re also really durable, none of the coloring has faded with washing.

I love the designs for these pillow cases. Plus they are so much softer than any other pillow cases we’ve owned. They make great gifts for Christmas or wedding presents.

Gifted because we love them!
We gifted this set to a couple getting married that we didn't know very well. We chose it because we were gifted a Oh, Susannah pillow case set several years ago and they're still our favorites-so so soft!!

Well … not sure I love them. The printing is too close to the center edge and if the pillows are slouchy at all, the words on the cases end up falling into the crack between the pillows. Wish the words were printed more centered. Little bit of a “pilly” fabric.

I'm sorry you're not completely satisfied. Please reach out to us directly and we'll try to get it resolved. Sometimes the design is meant for more stuffed pillow inserts. Send us your order number or a picture and if it was a production defect, we'll send you a replacement. Or we can do a return/refund if it just doesn't work with your size of pillow inserts.
