Very bad product!! Do not waste your money!! Patches can not stay on the face all night, they just melted and should looking for them in the morning. I bought patches for eyes, forehead, smile line, neck and neckline. I have used several times and no difference, every time my skin became sore and itchy. Kinesio tape is absolutely better choice than oia patches.

How can anyone with half a brain believe that this would work? I guess it's true there's a sucker born every second but come on take wrinkles away with a piece of plastic. I guess that's what they count on people that will believe anything and boy, there's no shortage of that I see.

Initially the product seemed good. I bought the All-in-One (7 patches). I used the patches and within 5 minutes my skin started sweating under the patches. Due to the moisture excreting from my skin, the patches would not not stay on. After the attempted first use, I rinsed and left to dry. I returned them to their sheet for storage. Because I paid over $100 for the product I tried to use them again. Same issue. They went in the trash this time. I will not be buying these patches again. Nice concept if you can use them without sweating.

These patches are suppose to be good up to 15 uses. I got one use out of them. They did work I felt. I wish I would have found this page earlier. Not worth the money

First off, I am apauled that I had to realize that this supposedely great product line did not have a customer service number to call? You can only communicate through email and that is not good when orders go wrong and you never receive what you paid for!! I ordered an item that stopped being tracked at the 12th day since it was shipped. From April 9th to April 22 tracking began to show progress again and the item was still no where near!! I could order from China and I do often and I receive my packages much sooner!! Oia Skin products are pretty expenssive so you would think that they would be smart enough to invest in great customer service but they don't! I paid my shipping price and I want my item now!! Regardless, of how good my order may turn out to be, I wont reorder and I may just ask for a refund, but then I would most likely face another horrible experience pulling my teeth out to get my money back!! This company may be scammish and I would not recommend it! Any good company that sells high end products would not go there without a top of the line customer service personnel to assist the customers experience doing business with them!!! Shame on you Oia Skin company!!!

SCAM PRODUCTS... DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

It really should be possible to give zero-star ratings to Oia Skin Patches and products!
The products weren’t what I thought they’d be. THEY DID NOT WORK, so I requested a refund on the day they arrived as per their refund policy. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDED. I REQUESTED A REFUND THE SECOND AND THE THIRD DAY , CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDED.

PATCHES DID NOT APPEAR AS THEY WERE ADVERTISED. They DID NOT work it's a scam. they roll up all the time, very thin. It's waste of money, and hard to use nothing like the video they show.

I used the forehead patch with a serum I always use & left overnight as directed.

I now have a permanent very red mark in the shape of the patch for 3 weeks. I have found this will not go away, and we will try resurfacing my skin to see if that will work. I am on calming skin products as recommended by my doctor, but no change so far.

The silicone is not medical grade & my doctor said silicone it is not meant for the skin on the face. Now I am basically scarred.

I do not have sensitive skin. This has been & will continue to be a nightmare!!

I got this product not long ago. I used it correctly, quite a few times.. But honestly, it is not worth the money. On top of that, you have to keep paying for some gel they put on it. I don't even see on the product what it is I am actually putting on my skin. Personally, I don't trust this product at all. Send it back and get your money back.

Now they are trying to only offer a 30% refund and asked me to ship the product to China when the return address is in Walsall, UK.

The website looks professional but this is a scam and illegal. They have to refund you fully as per English consumer law.

Don't waste your money. Wore these for three and a half weeks and followed all the instructions. No change. They hit the garbage.

I was very excited about this product until I tried these out. One of the silicone patches (for under eye use) fell apart so I had a portion of one patch. In addition, these didn’t really stick to my skin. I watched the tutorials and read the directions however they simply do not stay put. I hate to say it, but very disappointed in this product.

I based my purchase for the full face and neck patches after watching You Tube reviews. I am a young 60 year old woman who is a product junkie so I was intrigue by the positive reviews. It does take a while for the product to arrive 3 weeks. I would give 1 star for how ineffective product is but give a second star for their customer service is excellent. I was surprised that the product comes with no instructions on how often to wear it. I did get a very detailed instructions immediately to my email inquiry so that was great. However, I wonder why they just don't add this critical piece of information with their delivery. I wore my patches when I went to bed as they recommended. After the first night I woke up and removed the patches I saw my wrinkles were less on my forehead and neck. By the 3rd use of wearing patches at night they were curling up on the edges and harder to stay on. I had to trim a few to wear them but after the 6th night, my neck patch had rolled down during sleep and formed 3 visible lines around my neck. I'm trying to diminish my wrinkles not add more. LOL. They stayed there for the whole day but went away by next morning. I used the patches 6 times. I don't know how anyone gets 15 uses out of them. I would say from my experience that the wrinkles do come back and maybe add more definition to some of my other wrinkles. I have a tiny scar below my forehead and I swear the scar looked deeper after removing the forehead patch. If you smooth down the surface to add the patch it just pushes your skin away and maybe for older customers this is not good as gravity seems to add more definition to other areas.

Bought an e-gift card for my mother for her birthday and they never sent an email with a code/number to redeem the gift card. After one week from the purchase date and past my mother's birthday? They still have not fixed anything and gotten back to me, The website is very poorly constructed and they need to hire a web-designer and get someone to get their website working properly. A 15-year old, could make a better website on Shopify. I was really surprised to see them with a product website and such a poorly constructed website. No excuses in this day and age, as anybody can make a good website nowadays. I am moving on and getting this product elsewhere. They aren't the only place selling this product.

Not for older women....if you see the videos all of the
subjects are younger,,,under 40 and have few wrinkles and creases. The skin feels softer but not younger -looking. Also too uncomfortable to wear all night...and would fall off or roll up while sleeping. Patches not as thick as depicted. Also very poor directions given in packet.....do not even tell how long to leave on. Overnight would be a problem with discomfort and edges rolling up. I got very thorough directions from OIA rep after my negative review......they should have come with original package. Should get a least half refund. Going to watch video again to see how I was deceived by the angles and camerawork.

Awful customer service. Never received my product bc I live in a huge apartment complex. They must have put it in the wrong box, but these people refuse to send me the silicone patch that probably cost $5 to make so I’m out $65. Yes, says delivered...to WRONG BOX apparently. Buyer beware

Yet another scam

I purchased the Anti-Wrinkle Patches 2.0 for Facelift and when I got it I noticed it looked thinner than the actual product. Applying the product to my face is almost impossible because it sticks to my hands and to itself.

The packaging was also completely different. Each silicone came separately with a thin paper attached to the sticky side of the silicone and shoved inside of a small paper envelope. It looks nothing like the product portrays it. For the first night, after a struggle, I did manage to get it on my face before bed following the package instructions. However, due to its thin structure, I woke up with additional wrinkles which made it worse.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend it.

Update:
They decided to send me a new product without my approval. I ended up receiving it and saw that it had the exact same problem so I didn't open it and asked for a refund.

At this point, they started telling me that this is how the product should look like and gave me 12 steps to educate me on how to use this defective product.

The worst part was that they now claimed to not be able to give me a refund because they sent me a new product which again I did not ask for.

If you are reading this right now do yourself a favour and don't get mixed up in this scam.
