A great experience at the Oka store in Bicester. The space is beautifully curated, browsing is a real pleasure. The team are friendly, and offer great advice making you feel well looked after. Lucy and T are lovely and Finley was kind enough to help me carry my bags to the car. I found the style of the furniture and homeware very unique. Overall, a really enjoyable visit and a store well worth returning to

Horrible customer service
Returns are a nightmare. They charge a flat fee of £10 for a return and dont allow you to post the items yourself. They deduct it from your refund even if the item is small. Dont reply to emails or say they will reach out and then don't or finally reply and drag the repsonses out so you dont get answers in time. 14 day returns window with delayed replies or unanswered questions from them then means you run out of time to send the item back and then dont get a refund. Do better guys and dont extort customers.

Superb service at OKA Store in Bath
We visited the Oka Bath Store yesterday and were helped by Linda, who was just superb. The side table we wish to purchase is no longer available to order and Linda took the time and trouble not only to establish which other Oka stores could possibly have it in stock but wrote down their addresses and telephone njumbers for us. Thank you Linda for all your help, you are a real asset to the company!

The team in this store are wonderful- I was helped by Tee and Lucy who were very knowledgeable and helpful. They clearly have a genuine passion for home interiors and their advice was greatly appreciated! The shop itself is well presented and carries a large variety of both outlet and full price items.

Unreliable slow service.My bookcase was not delivered on the…
My bookcase was not delivered on the booked day, it arrived a week later. I had to make several calls to find out what was happening. It has arrived with some damage, after phoning, sending email and photos 4 days ago, I have not had a response.

Two items were ordered one day apart
Two items were ordered one day apart, the second order arrived promptly. We were advised fairly quickly that the first item would be delayed and we were given the opportunity to cancel or wait. We choose to wait and have felt fully informed as time progresses.
This so far has been a very positive experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bicester’s oka branch and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The store provides an impressive variety of furniture styles, ranging from modern minimalist to classic vintage, ensuring there's something for every taste and home decor vision.
What truly set oka apart was the outstanding staff. Each team member was incredibly friendly, approachable, and eager to assist. They were knowledgeable about the products and offered helpful suggestions and insights without being pushy. Ease of ordering and fairly swift delivery. It was disappointing to see the Gustavian Sofa Side Tables in Washed Grey reduced by a further 10% literally a few days after I had received them.
I ordered another table with the extra discount but this time in Silver Birch. The quality for both is okay - a bit expensive for what they are. The style is lovely though. Both colours are darker in reality. Out of the two colours, I found Washed Grey preferable although both colours are very changeable depending on the light. The Silver Birch colour unexpectedly looked a rather drab cold dark grey but in a different light it changed more to what I was expecting - a warm taupe/brown. They are a useful size both next to the sofa and as a bedside table.
