Booking a 1:1 travel call with Daniela was the best decision I've made in my Portugal travel planning! I'd done a lot of research, but was finding it hard to narrow down exactly which towns to visit (there are just so many brilliant choices in Portugal), avoid overly-touristy areas, and find the best, authentic food.

So many travel blogs by other authors had failed to get me truly excited about Portugal, and then I discovered Ola Daniela and her blogs really resonated with the types of experiences we wanted, so booking a call was the logical (and genius!) next step.

Daniela helped me refine our itinerary, remove some unnecessary stops, and most importantly, add new towns, experiences, and restaurants that are true gems and I would never have found on my own. Daniela also helped me narrow down the best areas to stay in each city or town to suit our vibe, and provided fabulous lists for local, artisan shopping.

My 1:1 call with Daniela was great! It was exactly what I needed to help me finalize my itinerary for my and my husband's first trip to Portugal this upcoming October. I created my own itinerary but was feeling overwhelmed with all the options and was starting to get decision fatigue. Then I came across Daniela's website. Her website had so many helpful tips when traveling to Portugal, and then I saw the option for a 1:1 call. It was perfect! Once the call was booked, Daniela helped me prepare for the call with a pre-questionnaire and I was able to provide my draft itinerary for her to review beforehand. During our call, we went day by day through the itinerary with Daniela providing additional tips and help with the logistics of the daily activities. She helped me better streamline some of the activities I had planned based on the location and events taking place on those days. I did not feel rushed during the call and we were able to discuss everything I wanted to review. Afterwards, she sent a helpful recap with everything we discussed, along with suggestions, links to activities, and other helpful travel tips. This was my first time meeting with a travel advisor, and I'm so glad I did! Daniela saved me so much time with the planning process and it was an overall great experience! :)

Daniela put together a great itinerary for my upcoming solo 72-hour Lisbon visit. She asked good questions to get a sense of what I would enjoy and then responded with a tailored and personalized itinerary. The activities definitely reflect what I like and are do-able. The restaurants are perfect with easy solo diner experiences. Should I visit again - Lisbon or more broadly in Portugal - I will seek her travel wisdom again!
