Great customer service. The buckle on my leather briefcase broke after 5 years of near-daily use. I emailed a copy of my warranty card to the company and they sent me a replacement buckle. The only charge was for FedEx international shipping.

L'unico sito dove ho trovato il borsetto uomo da cintura in pelle personalizzabile con le iniziali. La pelle è morbida ed il borsetto ben rifinito.

I purchased a briefcase approximately a year ago while on vacation in Italy. The handles started to crack and I emailed the Company. Mario immediately responded and sent me replacement parts for my bag. The measure of any great company is the level of service they provide. Great customer service - I received excellent and fast support with a replacement part for my 7-year old briefcase.

I bought a travel bag in 2017 from old angler in Italy. During my travel in the world, I lost some cursors. In 2023, I contact Old Angler if they can deliver some cursors to replace the lost ones. They did it ! This company has an amazing customer service, and they deliver me the missing cursors. It very rare to have this kind of company, with a real customer care, with hand made product. As a customer , we (as customer) have to be very kind with this authentic company in order to maintain and protect their know-how and expertise in Europe . C.Lacoste
