Disappointed with customer service - I asked for a quote for my tees and no mention was made of any delivery charge - when I received the invoice, there was a delivery charge of £9.99 plus VAT for 4 tee shirts. In these uncertain times, I asked to cancel my order at this stage because the postage charge seemed excessive, but sadly, Simon told me my tees had already been embroidered. I asked if there was anything to be done with the delivery charge and after my third email about this subject, (with no reply to the first two) Simon told me, "unfortunately the postage charge is unavoidable considering the current climate." When I received my parcel the second class postage charge was £4.00 on the 20p plastic envelope my tees were enclosed in. I am delighted with the quality of the shirts and the embroidery but I am disappointed with the customer service, and in future I won't be using this company. There is a wide choice of companies who offer this service, I like to shop locally and as you will see from all my other reviews of companies, customer service is a critical concern when I make my choice of who to buy from.

Reply to Simon, I don’t like to slander anyone, I just want to be fair and I asked you if you were passing here. I never, at any time, did I suggest a special journey. You can say what you like to this, but all I know is Trust Pilot is a tool to record customers’ experiences and I am disappointed with your customer service and the way you are twisting our email conversations.

Excellent, friendly service and wide range of products of good quality. Stickers, business cards, tee shirts, soft shells, you name it they can do it, and usually fast when you need it!

Ordered a Spaniels Rock hoodie from Oldfields Embroidery and I am absolutely delighted with it. Great quality, very warm, and a great choice of colours. I have had many compliments when wearing it. Considering buying another colour soon.

I run a charity fundraising group and Oldfields have produced both hoodies with branded embroidered logos and car stickers for us to date. Both items are excellent quality, with the hoodies being particularly popular with our group members. They are premium quality as well as being warm, and the customer service is excellent with Oldfields going the extra mile to produce some custom embroidery on numerous hoodies for specific individuals. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

My husband and I really love our 'Spaniel Rocks' hoodies. Good quality, well made, very warm for walking the dog or on days out or just mooching around. Love the extra features - thumb loops for warmer hands in the winter, and there's a mobile/IPod pocket hidden away in the pouch and a cable hole for your headphones. Comes in a range of colours. Simon and the team delivered an absolutely outstanding service with our marathon t-shirts, road signs and banners! All products were of great quality, arrived very well packaged and with plenty of time to spare before race day. Highly recommended!!

I've used Oldsfields Embroidery since I started using people to take on some of my cleaning. I have a company called Kimmy Klean which is a domestic and office cleaning business. I have never needed to use any one else as the t-shirts I get from this company are fantastic. They wear and wash well and they look as good now as they did 2 and a half years ago when I bought them. Price is competitive as they are very high quality.
